Shower needs maintenance. Needs new caulking and clean shower head which was filled with mineral build up. . Very difficult to manoeuvre vehicle in the parking lot due to resurfacing. Workers should have moved tar buckets at the end of day. Not the fault if hotel

We stayed in Jacuzzi room on 6th floor. Very clean and quiet and comfortable. Friendly, courteous staff. Plenty of hot water. Close to big mall. Would happily stay there again.

The staff were welcoming and very friendly, Breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, the only problem that we had was that the pillows were very soft, but other than that a perfect stay, highly recommended.

The room was spick and span, staff beyond helpful, breakfast ok, and plenty of parking!

The front desk staff were effecient , friendly, informative and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.

Clean spacious room, good breakfast selection, reasonable price, great location.
Only drawback was parking lot being repaired & 1/2 roped off while we were there but there was adequate parking.

2. Doesn't have a menu on the TV to change channels (told front desk he did nothing about it)
3. I pre paid for our room and they still wanted me to pay $200 deposit if we damage the room. Wouldn't accept my Visa debit card which is better than a credit card (as I don't have CC) said I had to pay cash. So I told them to cancel it and give me my money back. My mother gave her CC but told them there's no money available on it, they said that doesn't matter. (Which bakes no sense because they can't get money off it anyway) The two guys just kept repeating themselves telling me why they need a CC I said I understand why but it doesn't have money on it anyway and I'm willing to pay the $200 through my debit card. They did no.
4. Couch had completely different cushions that didn't match the couch
5. Wall paper falling off all the walls and very dirty/marked up
6. There was two TVs in the same room and one converter that turned on both TVs at the same time.
7. Shower head and tap head are broken and unattached from the wall

Do not rent from this hotel. Staff is dishonest with their customers, etc etc.

Good bones but very worn.
Limited English with some on the front desk.

Breakfast was ok, the view out our window was full of weeds and not pleasant to look at.

I booked 2 rooms. The one room was reasonable. The condition of the other room was horrendous! Mould in bathroom, dirty towels, broken bathroom faucet, dirt on curtain, dead flies, broken corner of wardrobe with piece lying on floor, dirty carpet, etc. There were fruit flies crawling over food in breakfast room, ice machines not working, persons hanging around side entrance at night, etc
I had booked the room for guests travelling with us and was totally embarrassed about the condition of the accommodation.
Problems reported to front desk. Photos supplied to front desk. New room assigned for second night of stay but no remedy available for distress caused by first night stay.

There should be a mirror in main room, not just bathroom.
Had difficulty finding how to adjust temperature in room.
Carpet throughout the hotel did not seem very clean as there were stains throughout.

Hotel was adequate. Clean and close to amenities. Work out area is small and quite hot. Pool was not open. Included breakfast was limited and lower end. Microwave in the room was broken.

The main light in the room was burnt out. Couldn’t see.
Had to feel around to turn on bedside lamp.
The one side of the bathroom mirror also not working.
Impossible to see to get get ready in the morning!!
Told them when we were leaving, hopefully they looked after the situation!

This is a budget friendly standard hotel place with a OK breakfast.

You could do better, but you could do way worse

Everything was great!

Extended family using common areas as their residence. No restaurant or bar, but family was cooking somewhere and using common area to eat. Children using hallways as their play area

Had asked for sheets for the sofa bed when making the reservation & was advised that there will be no issue. Arrived to the hotel after 7:30 pm after a long day of travelling & finding out no sheets for the sofa bed. Had to wait for staff to provide them. Also elevator smelled of cigar smoke. Not a good way to start my stay here.
