Fantastic views, good pool, great time during Easter holidays!
Pros:

We had the double-bedroom apartment at the third floor, and the views were fantastic - 180 degrees panorama of the Tegus river, from the 25 April bridge to the open ocean. We saw sunrise and sunset from the balcony - how cool is that! The room is enormously big, with two fully-fledged bedrooms (very comfy beds, big wardrobes, lots of space to walk around and floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to the balcony from every room). Two bathrooms (one bigger with a bath, and one smaller with a shower - still big enough) - extremely useful! Very large dining/living room, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Soundproofing of the room was perfect (we had several very loud kinder-sport camps staying at the hotel at the same time, but inside the room they were barely heard).

Location - 10 mins walk to the nearest grocery. 20 mins to the train station (90 m downhill and then uphill on the way back). But the path goes partially through a nice wood. And also, the underground parking in the hotel is free of charge (with lots of free spots in April), so next time we consider to rent a car. Beach neat the train station was very interesting, and fairly clean - it was good to spend some time there watching the tides and the birds. River Jamor, and the adjacent park with lots of sport facilities, as well as the Tegus/ocean embankment were a great spot for jogging, highly recommend!

Large covered pool had warm water and a bubble-bath, we spend lots of time there with the kids. In April many times we were alone there. Open-air pool was rather cold, but we used it anyway in one of the hotter days.

Restaurant - we visited it only once for a dinner at the day of arrival, and it was OK, but we didn't want to visit it again.

Breakfasts - a fair choice of food, and I was delighted to had the breakfast every morning there, with porridge, fresh bakery, awesome soft cheeses, eggs and fruits.

Cons:

The main lowlight is that the hotel is fairly old, and it seems it was renovated last time several years ago. Surfaces are scratched and stained, there is a nasty smell coming from the plumbing (especially unpleasant in the room after a full-day out, when the windows were closed and the smell accumulated). Way to the pool, stairs, and some other places are heavily touched with fungus. But everything was fully operational, and the hotel is definitely clean and cared about.

Breakfast - coffee is more on the nasty side, looking and smelling like an instant coffee. And there were no nuts or berries to add to my porridge, sad.

Boa localização e estadia
Pros:

Pequeno-Almoço muito completo e sempre com reposição até ao momento do fecho. Apartamento espaçoso e com uma varanda muito grande, o facto de estarmos longe da receção evitou barulhos maiores, devido ao Apartahotel estar cheio.
A localização é muito boa e com muitos acessos. Como está isolado e no cimo de uma colina tem uma vista desafogada em redor. O ter a piscina exterior limpa ainda que com a água uito fria. Ter piscina interior e ter possibilidade de carregamento de carro eletrico (mesmo não sendo Tesla) gratuito é uma exelente oferta aos clientes. Também o facto de ter restaurante aberto a preços muito convidativos e com uma equipa a servir fantástica e atenciosa. Não nos faltou nada durante a estadia.

Cons:

O não dar a pontuação máxima prende-se a alguns fatores que não prejudicando o global da estadia, podem ser melhorados:
Piscina interior, precisa de uma limpeza de paredes e de tetos, alguns buracos no estuque do teto ou madeiras para substituir no chão criam algumas "armadilhas" não identificadas. A pintura nas escadas de acesso e as do interior deviam de ser melhoradas e modernizadas.
Não existe muita informação sobre o carregamento eletrico e por vezes demoravam cerca de mais de uma hora para ativar o mesmo no carro, o que deixava menos tempo de carga para podermos sair de seguida.
O apartamento era grande mas precisa de muita modernização, pois está ultrapassado e com muita falta de cuidado nos móveis e mesmo por exemplo na água da sanita pois tinhamos que esperar 10m para puder puxar de novo. Além disso como queriamos usar o apartamento durante o dia, tivemos dificuldades pois existiam obras no quarto ao lado no 11 do piso térreo.
Tivemos que ir várias vezes a receção para nos reporem as toalhas, acredito que devido ao apartahotel estár cheio estavam com dificuldades em repor as mesmas.
De resto aconselho são pormenores que em nada estragaram a nossa estadia, mas poderia ter sido bem melhor.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in and use of the pool seemed disorganised (we asked about towels when we checked in and were given cards to get towels, which we assumed we’d hand over to someone in the pool area, but it turned out we had to go back to reception to get the towels. Locker keys didn’t have anything to attach them to you and the floor in the pool area was wooden slats with gaps between them so if you dropped the key there was a very night chance of losing it through the floor). Food in the restaurant wasn’t great and it arrived cold.

Lots of noisy American guests!!! Very loud even at night. One out of 2 main elevators was out of service for the whole 5 days we were there. Almost no smiles from the staff.
