Aparthotel funcional. Quarto com boas áreas e limpo.

Cons:

A maquina do café estava avariada e nunca vieram arranjar. Os funcionários da recepção são eficientes mas não frequentaram a disciplina do acolhimento, simpatia zero.

Great for short stays with pets
Pros:

They have a lovely outside area, beautiful for short walks, also a huge balcony and they offered a beautiful welcome box for my dog and cat with a toy and little package of food, we love it! The room is warm and has two bathrooms (we stayed in the two bedrooms), they are not en suite but worked super well. Breakfast was nice, you need to pay around 17 euros per person at the reception (a bit pricey indeed but works fine when you have jet lag and is starving) 😏 The gentleman who was cleaning the room beside our actually was soooo friendly and nice, we sorted out things for us when the receptionist actually didn't, seems he works for the hotel many years and HE does understand what "hospitality" means.

Cons:

Hum need an update inside the apartment, at least the one we stayed. Would be great if receptionists (all of them) were more welcoming, everything we asked came with a "I don't know" or "you need to pay" (we asked for one extra water as we thought they would add one everyday). Cleaning fee for pets would be worth if the lady actually clean the room properly, she didn't, I followed the policy of paying but they didn't follow their side of policy, cleaning.

Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful 🙂

Cons:

My husband has a health problem and we need to go to the hospital. Staff help as with ambulance and to get to the car.

Ein solides Aparthotel mit gutem Service und guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit seitlichen Blick bis zum Fluss Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Innenpool zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Die Menükarte zum Abendessen bei Halbpension war ausbaufähig.
