The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The floor in the room was dirty. Had trouble getting hot water in the morning. One of the elevators was not working.

Please issue a refund for our stay at the Hampton Inn Windsor Locks Hartford- Airport
Pros:

Interior design in the resort, breakfast was good, hallways were clean, pool and jacuzzi okay!

Cons:

My husband and I were there on our 19th wedding anniversary. We found a problem with the TV remote not working had to call maintenance. Also the bed SQUEAKED SO LOUDLY when we moved in the bed or sat on the bed!! Also the towel holders kept falling off the wall on to the floor and even the shower handle fell off in the shower!! We had to call maintenance again!! I notified the receptionist of these problems and told her that I would notify the Hampton Inn customer service of my complaints and would be requesting a refund!! We put up with the room, but it was not relaxing and fit for our convenience for our Anniversary!

Pros:

Breakfast was ok but the nest day you could tell the oatmeal was from the day before and being reheated. the day after it was fresh.

Cons:

Food not being fresh every day.

It was ok, but I probably wo stay there again. There are comparable cheaper hotels in the area.
Cons:

On the second day, I woke up with bug bites on my face. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk. They had maintenance check for bed bugs and did not find any.

This was our third stay, it's convenient to the airport and the shuttle is great!
Cons:

The pool room is beautiful, three pool itself seemed a little murky but the temperature was comfortable. I think that it needed more filtering.
