The gentleman that checked me in was not very friendly. He act like I was an inconvenience for checking in. The young lady to check me out was very friendly. She smiled and she act like she cared because of her I will be back.

Other than the crickets and some type of black bugs in the room it was great. It was some renovations taking place also. But i would recommend a great stay. Also in a great area.

My family and I always stay here when we’re in the Grapevine area because it is next to the mall. As always, the staff are very nice. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable. The breakfast selection is always great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Hotel under construction! Redoing outside wall plaster right outside my window at 7:15 am. Hammering, scraping and pounding on wall. (Room 101) Ask for quiet room and got room in construction zone.

Location was the best thing about this stay. Nightly rate was among the most reasonably priced, and staff was friendly. There is no bottled water in rooms, you have to pay $3 a bottle from front. Breakfast was not bad, it was a full breakfast bar. My big problem with this hotel was the room itself. It was so outdated, the setup was awkward, the decor and paint was out of the 70s the carpet was dirty, the little sink by microwave was clogged. The shower was too hot. I needed a place to sleep for 2 nights so I just made do and stayed and didn't complain.

Came in for a wedding. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was nice. Outside of the work goi g on on the back of the hotel where there was scaffolding outside of my window with workers, it was great. Right across from the mall.

Everything was great. From check in to check out. Comfortable bed, quite room, clean everywhere, and excellent breakfast. I have used several hotels this year in a similar price range, and this one has been the best experience of them all.
