Staff was extremely nice from reception to restaurant, be it the ladies or lalit at Rx or the nice lady supervising breakfast for a large number of guests. Nice location. Will love to stay again if we come again.

Excellent and Outstanding Hospitality

We had a 4 nights stay at Hotel Bawa International, Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Excellent service, food, and hospitality by the staff and management at Bawa International Hotel. The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers.

A special mention to the General Manager Mr. Gaurav Vanjari for the outstanding hospitality and warm welcome throughout our stay. The front office team Ms. Rizwana & Mr. Lalit , Mr. Ravi & The housekeeping team was exceptionally prompt and attentive to every request, ensuring complete comfort at all times.

The breakfast setup and presentation were absolutely amazing with a wonderful variety and excellent quality. A heartfelt thanks to Madhuri & Sushil from the F&B team, who was truly exceptional at their job and attended to every single need with utmost care and professionalism.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and excellent service.

A most comfortable stay after a hectic day
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at Bawa International. We spend 3 nights at this hotel and it felt very comfortable. .Their room service is excellent, House keeping is 10 on 10. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. Thank you and would love to come again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with BAWA hotel as they cancelled my booking without informing.
Pros:

When I reached the Hotel at 1.30Am at night, they said that since we had not made payment, they cancelled our booking.
I told them that Booking.com specifically asked us to make payment only at the hotel.
The hotel said that they informed booking.com of not accepting the booking.
But I did not receive any call from from booking.com nor any email from booking.com asking me to make payment.
I had to find another hotel at 3Am in the night. I sent message to booking.com, but Booking.com never responded. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM

Bawa the great
Pros:

Very nice and friendly hotel with very. Courteous staff .. nice rooms , very neat and clean and great food .. reasonably priced and bang opp the airport . The staff go the extra mile to assist you .. Ameya is a great guy and he is very helpful . Always listens to customer and provides a solution .
