We were very pleased with our visit as a whole and will continue to use your facility in the future!
Pros:

All staff members were very helpful and pleasant to us. The room was very clean. The evening snacks were nice and the breakfast was good too.
My husband had to take the 3:20 a.m. shuttle to the airport and thankful for that service!!

Cons:

The only complaint was that the TV remote was not working. No big deal, and I forgot to let the front desk know. We weren’t in the room very long.

No experience. This company is a whole mess.
Pros:

The stay was canceled by hotel without letting me know. Booking teams can't contact the hotel. The contact info is wrong. The hotel charged me without giving me a room. I was told that the hotel is full and no more available room, while I did book one on booking and paid for it.

Cons:

Terrible.

Good location. Standard continental breakfast

Breakfast could be offered until a later time. Cutoff was 9:30am and for travelers from different time zones this was not ideal

The staff was the most friendly and welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever met. So positive and helpful. The welcoming snacks and drinks made this exhausted traveler so happy. Comfortable bed and easy shuttle to airport. 10⭐️
