Honestly nothing. Everything was great.
The location was great, could walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel is right on the boardwalk and the beach. The hotel is clean and very quaint. Every square inch is Victorian.
The bathroom was very small and broken up into different parts of the room. The tub was in the bed area, the sink was closer to the entrance and the shower/ toilet was in the separate bath room. The balcony is small, only a chair fits. My biggest surprise was how expensive everything is, food, drinks, etc. I paid over $700 a night so I expected a spa bath and spacious room. The location is what I was paying for I guess.
Breakfast was expensive. Orange juice wasn't cold. Location was the best you could have.

Very original decor and amenities. The indoor/outdoor pool was great and novel. Drink service to the pool= A+. The birds in the lobby were a fun and unexpected addition. Fantastic location and convenient on-site parking. The restaurant and lounge were fantastic. I will be back!

Very close to beach, great view from balcony. The restaurant was good and room service very quick and convenient.
The staff were friendly and just wonderful. The hotel 19th vintage look was perfect to make you feel you are back in time.
