We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were attentive, friendly and happy to respond to all of our needs/requests. Service agent, Sajid, was wonderful to deal with.
The swimming pool was clean with towels always available.

Cons:

We felt that the air conditioner was quite loud.

The air conditioner had a smell and so did the room in general. The bathroom door didn't didn't close.
