Pros:

・ライドシェアアプリではドライバーに何も言わなくても到着率は100%。大通り沿いではないが分かりやすい様子。
・隣は学校のため夜は静かな環境。
・コンビニエンスストア（Winmart）まで徒歩3分で便利。
・Pho Gaなどローカルフードの店も徒歩圏内に多数。

Cons:

・清掃を求める札をドアの外に示さなければ清掃がない。
・シャワールームに照明がなく暗い。
・Wi-Fiは途切れがちで使い物にならない。
・VAT invoiceをリクエストするメッセージを事前に送っても返信がなく、チェックアウト時に要求すると1,440,000VNDの宿泊費に対して116,000VNDを要求された。清算の必要な出張利用にはお勧めしない。他のホテルでは追加費用を請求せずに発行してくれるところもあれば、今回のように8%でも10%でもない不可解な金額を請求してくるホテルもあり、ベトナムのインボイス制度そのものに不信感がある。

Disappointing
Cons:

The smell in the room was really bad!
I came there late at night, was tired after delayed plane and didn't want to ask claening or another room. Next morning I just left hotel with all my stuff.
