Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is reduced rate of £15 per 24 hours.

Pros:

Ausschließlich das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

1. Reservierung nicht auffindbar.
2. Ein Zimmer für 4 Personen ,was definitiv nur für drei geeignet ist.
3. Zum Teil unmotiviertes/genervtes Personal.
4. Keine europäischen Converter ( bzw. wenn ausgebucht ist, stehen die Chancen schlecht )
5. Hilfsbereitschaft mangelhaft: Bsp. Zum Abreisetag wird am Vorabend auf Nachfrage durch uns ein Frühstück oder Lunchpaket abgelehnt. Jedoch durch das Morgenpersonal dann doch ermöglicht
6. Die Lage ist nicht sehr ansprechend ( unsauber, Uringestank und Fäkalien )

Insgesamt ist nach unserer Meinung dieses Hotel nicht weiterzuempfehlen .

Recommended carpark (Q) £15 discounted price but Centrale car park the same distance away is £8.75 for overnight

Horrible location. Tucked away in alley way with Delivery trucks going in and out. Rundown shops and the feeling of being unsafe.

Great budget choice, lovely breakfast!
Pros:

Great price and fantastic breakfast, large room with comfy beds. 10 minute walk to the train station with a 20 minute train right into London Bridge. Train tickets are around £10 return a day for reference.

Chambre de bonne proportion, accessoires très bien (serviettes et produits de douche, sèche cheveux et nous avons même découvert table à repasser), literie au top, petit-déjeuner parfait pour contenter tout le monde en sucré comme en salé, wifi sans problème.

Cons:

Peinture écaillée à certains endroits de murs dans la chambre, un peu frais dans la salle de bain, impossible de trouver un bouquet de chaîne françaises ou de caster nos téléphones sur la tv.

Good hotel for the price
Pros:

The hotel is perfect for overnight stay after going to the football. Rooms are very comfortable and nice size. Decent price with hot breakfast included. Staff all very friendly, check in quick and easy.

Base for central London visit
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Room was cleaned each day. 20 minutes into central london from train station and trains very frequently. Croyden is reasonable priced and the hotel was good value for London. Breakfast was fine. The locals were friendly too. Anyone we asked for directions were helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was not as close to train station as would have liked but it was sunny and dry when was there so could walk. The station has 2 entrances and the tram is out the front. So we got lost a bit.. I was with my daughter so going out at night around Croydon I may not have felt safe. But we were out in the day time so it was perfect and felt safe.
Not a whole pile of restaurants in croyden. But again we ate in London.
