La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas . Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et nous avons mal dormi . Le non fonctionnement de la climatisation était connu des employés de l'hôtel mais personne de nous a prévenu .
Irene à l’accueil était merveilleuse, ainsi que tout le reste du personnel !
Très bien placé accueil chaleureux . Au niveau personnel rien a dire très agréable. Les équipements sont suffisants
L'état des meubles est dégradé ce qui est quand même relativement dérangeant par rapport au prix ...
Nous avions une clim portative en équilibre sur un bureau avec la fenêtre ouverte bon pour un hôtel 4* c'est plutôt moyen
Les TV seraient peut etre a changer elles sont tellement anciennes que l'on voit les led au travers de l'écran...

les sanitaires n'étaient pas très propres et il manquait une couette sur un lit. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas top.

Hotel com uma boa localização e camas confortáveis.
Hotel com o ar condicionado em manutenção, não informado na hora da reserva. Além do equipamento não estar funcionando, um vazamento de água do equipamento encharcou o carpete tornando a acomodação longe de um 4 estrelas conforme informado.
