Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Situation centrale. Environnement festif et sympathique.
Hôtel moderne et très design.
Accueil très convivial. Chambre agréable.
Petits déjeuners de qualité.
Parking sur place avec emplacements spacieux.
Je tiens à souligner l'excellente gestion par la Direction de l'hôtel d'un problème technique indépendant de leur volonté.
Bravo pour ce service top niveau après-vente.

L accueil est le seul point positif de mon expérience dans cet hôtel

Cons:

La chaleur insupportable dans la chambre avec la nécessité d ouvrir la fenêtre et subir ! La télé ne fonctionnait pas correctement obligeant une intervention technique et le point le plus problématique l établissement se permet de prendre une caution bancaire alors que les conditions de réservation sur booking ne le prévoient pas ! Par rapport au prix de la chambre, le client s attend à un minimum de qualité. Je regrette mon choix dans cette chaîne d hôtel. Je n y retournerai pas.

Déçue par l’obsolescence de l’hôtel. Heureusement, la literie est très bonne.
Pros:

Proximité de la gare Montparnasse pour prendre son train de bonne heure. La qualité du lit.

Cons:

Les chambres mériteraient urgemment une vraie rénovation car vieillissantes et obsolètes. Pas de prise pour le téléphone, moisissures dans les joints du carrelage de la baignoire et look des années 80. J’ai payé plus de 160€ et suis une habituée des hôtels du groupe. 😞
