quarto estava com o ar-condicionado quebrado e tivemos que esperar achar outro quarto pra mudarmos, tanto eu quanto o quarto das minhas filhas, precisam fazer algumas pequenas reformas, carpetes antigos, fediam a mofo, manchados, mas o pessoal conseguiu nos dar assistência e foram bem atenciosos, nos colocaram num quarto melhor, limpeza boa, camas e chuveiro bons, localização muuto boa e café da manhã bem variado. Ambiente bom.

Ubicación muy buena si llegas tarde y con niños esta a 2 minutos andando de la estación de tren de montparnasse.

Climatisation en panne en vigilance rouge canicule et pas de fenêtres dans la chambre où il fait 30 degrés. Personne ne nous a prévenu, pire on nous refuse le Check-in à midi sans aucune info, on apprend le problème à 1h du matin au retour de notre événement.
I like the location
The hotel had no A/C and changed I was not able to rest for 2 nights the management did solve the issue at all was a nightmare in this kind of situations I don’t recommend this hotel
