L'accueil du personnel, extrêmement désagréable et décevant.
Pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
Joint de faïence noir dans la salle de bain.

Not as expected.
Pros:

Next to the train station. Buses nearby to move anywhere in paris. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Apparently they want a 50 euro quarantee that is not mentioned in the terms of booking. This is illegal as we did not agree to this when booking.My friend had no money for quarantee because he did not know about it.
My first room had a cupboard broken and also the toilet flush. I requested another room. My second room was a bit smelly as it must be closed for a longer time and was not properly prepared.

It met our requirement for a Paris stopover
Pros:

Breakfast good. Convenient for onward journey from Gare Montparnasse.

Staff was very helpful and amazing.

Cons:

Staff was very helpful but the furniture in the room were very old. sheets and pillow cases were clean however the pillows inside were smelly... and the carpet was smelly too. not what i expected for 145euro a night. Also, leaving luggage after check out is 15euro per piece eventhough you stayed in the hotel and that was surprising.
