Si nous devions revenir à Clermont Ferrand, c’est sans doute le même hôtel que nous réserverions.
Pros:

La sympathie du personnel, la chambre superbe, confortable et calme. Il ne manquait rien.
Le petit déjeuner au 6ème étage, une pure merveille. Le choix et la qualité parfaits !
Le parking en sous-sol très pratique.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Superior-Doppelzimmer gebucht. Obwohl angegeben, befand sich keine Minibar im Zimmer. Ebenfalls obwohl angegeben, waren keine Bademäntel vorhanden, wir bekamen aber auf Nachfrage welche. Handtücher für die zweite Person fehlten, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir welche. Das Superior-Zimmer war erstaunlich klein, es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer, ein sehr wuchtiger Sessel in dem kleinen Zimmer machte es noch schwieriger. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir nachts abstellen, weil sie recht laut gegurgelt hat.
Das Hotel hat eine schöne Hotelbar, allerdings ist diese am Wochenende leider geschlossen. Es war nicht möglich einen Cocktail zu bekommen.

Wir hatten ein schönes, komfortables Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Stadt sowie den Puy-de-Dome. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, während das Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage steht. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das reichhaltige Frühstück mit vielen regionalen Produnkten, das fast ohne Verpackungsmüll auskommt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
