La chambre était très correcte, propre et agréable avec tous les équipements annoncés.
Le petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux était vraiment extraordinaire, avec une belle vue surplombant Clermond-Ferrand, et le personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Le seul bémol aurait pu être la baignoire sabot, qui bien que design n'aurait pas été vraiment pratique pour prendre un bain mais ce n'était pas dans nos plans donc pas un pb pour nous.

Nous aimions beaucoup cet hotel, nous n'y reviendrons pas.
Pros:

La vue du petit déjeuner et la qualité des produits proposés, l'emplacement, le hall très agreable.

Cons:

Le réveil par les bruits de marteau dès 8h du matin sans avoir été prévenus des travaux juste au dessus et l'adjointe de direction qui a fait le check-out qui se fichait éperdument du désagrément.
Le prix exorbitant du parking.
La non-réactivité du personnel du petit déjeuner ou avec seulement 3 clients au petit déjeuner, toutes les tables le long des baies vitrée avec la belle vue sont restées sales et non dressées quasiment jusqu'a l'horaire de fin et il a fallu demander specifiquement pour en avoir une propre.

Leuk hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt om Clermont- Ferrand te ontdekken.
Pros:

Het hotel zit op een prachtige locatie midden in het centrum. Er is een parkeergarage met een lift onder het hotel. Het ontbijt was verrukkelijk net als het uitzicht. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wij waren op doorreis en sliepen er slechts 1 nacht. We raden dit hotel ten zeerste aan.
