Cons:

No había comida para celíacos. No hay restaurante como dice la publicidad. No había frutas durante el día.
Dos personas alcohólicas se hacían amigos de los niños y luego resultaron ser unos pervertidos. Cuidado mucho cuidado. El alcohol no es bueno para toda la gente.

El lugar maravilloso, la comida decepcionante.
Pros:

El personal muy cordial y atento, Pedro fue de mucha utilidad siempre, las piscinas y la limpieza fueron lo esperado.

Cons:

No había restoranes como estaba publicitado, solo un bufet que le faltaban muchas cosas para mi gusto de alimentación. Y faltaban actividades para adolescentes que fueran entretenidos y acordes a la zona.

Receptividade maravilhosa. Nota mil para os funcionários de atendimento.
Pros:

Praticidade para locomoção. Ambientes diversos. Atendimento excelente. Todos os funcionários muito bem preparados e muito simpáticos, educados e de um astral maravilhoso.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quart deixa a desejar. Deveriam fazer algumas melhorias nos quartos, banheiros e outros ambientes.

THE STAFF STEALS FROM PEOPLE'S ROOMS!!!

I WAS ROBBED! USD200 DISAPPEARED FROM MY ROOM AND NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN AT THE RECEPTION AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER. I COULDN'T FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE BECAUSE I REALIZED THE MONEY WAS MISSING SHORTLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT AND GOING TO THE AIRPORT. I SUPPOSE THEY KNOW WHO'S CHECKING OUT AND STEAL ON THE LAST DAY SO PEOPLE HAVE NO TIME TO TAKE MEASURES. DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL! THIEVES WORK THERE!!!

I ASKED TO BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM BECAUSE WE COULDN'T BREATHE IN THERE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHANGE US THE NEXT DAY AND THEY DIDN'T. THE AIR CONDITIONING AND THE WHOLE ROOM WAS FROM THE 1970S. THERE WAS NOWHERE TO HANG THE TOWEL OR THE WET SWIMWEAR. THE WHOLE STAY WAS HORRIBLE.

O ar condicionado não esfriava direito então passamos calor, também um hotel no porte desse ter que pagar estacionamento isso é inadmissível.
