Personeel was vriendelijk maar het hotel was enorm teleurstellend.
Pros:

Personeel was hulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Badkamer was klein, douche was verstopt voor we het hadden gebruikt.
Ontbijt was teleurstellend, te weinig personeel vermoed ik.
De regen kwam binnen langs de ramen. Er waren mieren op de vloer.

Posizione strategica e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Pros:

sicuramente comodo per la posizione strategica per chi arriva in auto e deve poi raggiungere il centro con i mezzi ( fermata a 200 mt )

Cons:

Sebbene la colazione sia discreta in termini di assortimento e ottima in termini di qualità dei prodotti proposti, non è pensata per ospiti vegani ( niente latte o yogurt vegetali, nessun dolce in versione vegana, neanche una proposta salata vegetale). Mi auguro possano migliorare questo aspetto ormai non più trascurabile

Pros:

The spa was a very good experience and very value for money. The staff was very accommodating and willing to answer the many questions we had. The room was clean and they had daily cleaning. Right outside there's a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner and in front of the hotel there's a stop for a bus that takes you to Bologna Centrale

Cons:

The location was quite outside of bologna, it takes a long time with the bus and it's inconvenient unless you have a car.
