According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Quarto de luxo otimo e amenidadess otimas

The rooftop terrace is beautiful, the rooms were newly renovated.
Check-in was insanely slow. It took almost 4 hours to check-in, due to a line and slow processing of guests. A very, very inefficient process. The pool was not maintained well. There was algae growing on the top of the water and sides of the pool surface.

A localização é a única coisa que se salva, mas o resto é tão ruim que não compensa a hospedagem
Infelizmente, a experiência foi péssima. Atendimento na recepção nota zero: atendente mal-educado que nem olhou na nossa cara. O serviço é lentíssimo e desatento (copos na varanda até o dia seguinte). O hotel parece velho e mal cuidado, sem o carisma esperado.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir mehr als eine Stunde anstehen für den Check-In. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Das Fitness-Center ist sehr minimal ausgestattet.
Um dos atendentes que resolveu meu problema
Reservei um quarto que era pra ser maior e no segundo andar, quando cheguei me colocaram primeiro em um quarto com o ar quebrado e depois de muita luta me colocaram em um quarto lá no final do hotel, menor do que estava na minha reserva, sim eu medi, que não funcionava direito o ar condicionado e as luzes, liguei pra recepção e não quiseram me trocar
Excelente ubicación en una zona con un muy lindo movimiento nocturno. Tiene un servicio de traslado gratuito hasta la plaza debajo del cerro, donde se encuentra la movida nocturna. Desayuno súper completo.

Cama para filha é um sofá cama muito ruim. Não há 3a cama no quarto. Os lençóis não cabem no sofá e não são presos, ficam soltos.
O café abre às 6h, mas a tapioqueira chega mais tarde.
Os travesseiros são ruins.

Il n y a pas beaucoup de fournitures et pas de mouchoirs de gobelets pour les dents
J ai appelé la réception plusieurs fois ils n ont pas répondu
Pare contre ils nous ont surclassé suite au problème dans la chambre
J ai connu des Novotel qui étaient d un niveau supérieur

Liked the pool and facilities and it's a good location with 24/7 security staff. Most of the reception staff were nice
Even though I booked the room not renovated, i still expected it to be clean. I knew going into it would be an older room which I'm fine with, I just didn't like that the floors were dirty and I felt as though I needed to wear slippers inside. Maybe because there's not much light in the room to see when checking, but as a Novotel room, It didn't meet my expectations. It's a bit expensive for the condition of the room. I also requested an early check in but when I got there, they didn't even ask for my name, just said check in starts at 3
