Service à améliorer grandement au vu d un hôtel 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner mais éviter la zone des omelettes à la carte car cela prends plus de temps environ 15 min et la dame se trompe à chaque fois malgré les notes dans le ticket.

Cons:

Pas de personnel pour les bagages
L’insonorisation des chambres sachant qu’il y’avait des travaux pratiquement après 19h dû au changement d’enseigne
Toilette bouché
Douche pas aux normes
La porte de la chambre qui s’ouvrait pas entièrement
Problème de téléphone : impossible de téléphoner à la réception ou commander le room service
Pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres
Rooftop : attente des plats chauds en moyenne 50 minutes

Bom dia!

Fiz uma reserva, neste conceituado hotel no regime de meia pensão,  ou seja:

Café da manhã e jantar......Pois bem, não isufrui do jantar nos dias 02 e 03, por opção minha, porém no dia 04/01, fui jantar com minha esposa, para usufruir da meia pensão que tínhamos direito,  e para minha surpresa me foi cobrado o valor do jantar, nota fiscal anexa, e como estava em cima da hora de meu retorno, resolvi pagar, para que pudesse ir ao aeroporto,  pois como já dito, estava em cima da hora.....Desta forma solicito o reembolso da despesa paga e se possível o reembolso dos outros dias que não usufruímos.

Sem mais para o momento,  aguardo retorno!

Pros:

Awesome view of the beach and sea from the room, reception and restaurant.
Great breakfast with many options (and sea view).
Quiet location.
Ask for a sea-side room!

Cons:

A couple of days before arrival I received a message from Accor suggesting an online check-in and grab the room keys on arrival with no wait.
The afternoon I arrived to the hotel I asked for the keys at the front desk, but the clerk said that the web check-in wasn't enough; so I had to wait in line for an hour (there was a large group checking in at the time).
Also, the wifi connection didn't work half the time.
