Lovely room, comfy bed
Shame the in-house breakfast didn’t open until 9am
The room was well stocked with everything you needed. It was nice to be able to have a little something to eat or drink in the room if you wanted to. The location was central to everything as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Summit Lodge Hotel is based in central Whistler so a great base for exploring. The hotel has signs of wear so in need of a refresh. We were upgraded to an executive king studio which was great, loads of space lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional although quite compact based on the size of the suite.. All the staff were very friendly & welcoming especially the reception team.. Cannot fault anything other than it needs some TLC..
Great location, good size room, comfortable and quiet
The room was clean and quite spacious.
The front desk staff. When we checked in to our 2 rooms, a lady forgot to give me our second room keycards. When she did, she said because they weren't able to put our rooms together, she would give us complimentary parking (originally it would be $24 per car and we had 2). So I was very grateful. After parking our cars, we went back to the front desk and a different person was there. We told them about the complimentary parking, he looked confused and went to the back office. When he came out he said they could only do 1 free parking because they usually wouldn't give out free parking and they wouldn't guarantee rooms to be together. I told them the other lady said otherwise. He said she was new and she couldn't do anything about it even if we wanted to talk to her. It didn't sit right with me. If your staff offered, you honour it, even if it was a mistake. Later on, we asked for the manager and he said the same thing but the most disappointed part was and in his word "I was the one who authorized the 1 free parking and you should be lucky because we don't offer that. Doing 2 free parking is not possible" So somehow we were punished for what was offered and for your employee's mistake. I wouldn't have make a big deal and write this if they showed sympathy about the situation. But Nope! Strong-headed and said we were lucky about his decision. GREAT SERVICE....

All staff were accommodating and friendly, which was recognized and appreciated. Location is excellent.
This place was recommended as dog friendly and... It was just that!
Jets on hot tub were not working AND one of the elevators was not working for a good part of a day, which was a concern, as my room was on 4th floor.
Property could benefit from some updating.
I loved that they provide valet service for our bicycles and store them in a room behind the front desk.
The pillows were lumpy
Super friendly staff all round; Billy the bus driver was particularly friendly and helpful.

Great location and close to the Fresh Street Market grocery store for our daily shopping.
This boutique lodge offers a most friendly and accommodating staff. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable! There is a outdoor space tucked beside a forest, that includes a pool, hot tub, barbeque and sitting areas.
We are definitely staying here on our return to this beautiful resort town.
