The staff were exwmplary! Even when you meet them at the hallway they greet you. And unlike most hotels the hallway smells great. Booked another stay this october!!
Great stay here. We were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive unit. Unit was clean. Staff were helpful.and ensured that any issues were resolved. Free on-site laundry facilities. Great location in Whistler. Parking is tight especially for larger sized vehicles.
We loved the Sumit Lodge! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family, offering enough space for a family with 2 small kids. The kids liked the hot tub and the pool. The location is great, as there are several restaurants, coffee places and super market just across the street. It's a short walk to the village center and the hotel offers a shuttle that takes you straight to the gondola. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. There is parking just under the hotel.
Everything was great! One small thing to improve would be the heating system. I felt the air conditioning was old and it took us a while to figure out the right temperature setting to make the room comfortable.
Super location.
Bathroom needs some renovaction.
We had a great stay at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s just off the main Village Stroll, which means you’re only a minute from the restaurants, shops, and lifts but without as much of the foot traffic and noise right outside your door. The hotel shuttle to the ski lifts was easy and convenient and made getting to the mountain very simple.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a queen bed, sofa, and a small dining table for two. Everything was clean and the room temperature stayed comfortable throughout our stay. We occasionally heard some noise in the hallway, but it was quiet overnight and never interfered with sleep.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. During our stay there were a couple temporary inconveniences related to building maintenance and laundry availability, but the staff handled it professionally and made things right with a credit to our bill, which we appreciated.
Another highlight is the restaurant attached to the hotel, Laurette Brasserie. We had dinner and brunch there and both were excellent—definitely worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
Overall this is a comfortable boutique hotel in a fantastic Whistler Village location. Highly recommended.
Returned here having had a good experience two years ago and sadly disappointed this time around. The hotel had severe water problems because of a failed boiler which I guess cannot be helped. What can be helped is their communication about the work and consequent loss of all water / hot water. Their contractor didn’t hit the deadlines that they communicated and they gave us no alternatives for drinking water or toilets. They did however refund the cost of the night without hot water so that is something.
We liked having a self contained until with a little kitchen area.
Nothing
Very spacious and comfortable room with seperate lounge, good kitchen and two balconies with mountain views. 2 x TVs and 2 x Fireplaces (artificial) plus dining table and large comfy lounge. All this, on top floor at end of hall way, so very quiet. Very close to shops and bonus hotel supplied bus at door for accessing ski lifts. Complimentary ski storage at front entry. Outside spa and pool topped off the vacation.
A few maintainance issues but nothing major. A drying room would be nice too.
Nicely decorated, comfortable, shuttle to ski lifts.
No room temperature control in bedroom so was too hot, and not enough lighting in the bedroom.

Le manque de confort du canapé lit alors que nous avions réservé pour 4
Staff were lovely, shuttle bus to the Snow was handy. Great facilities, nice rooms and good price
Small wardrobe in our room and not much space in bathroom. But some of our Friends rooms had more space in the bathroom and storage space.
