El desayuno,
Ubicación, vista hacia la Rambla y Rio de la Plata, personal de recepción muy atentos, ofrecieron late check out sin costo (deacuerdo a disponibilidad) y con recomendaciones de lugares de visita y restaurantes.
Parece que la calefacción no estaba funcionando correctamente.
Buen alojamiento, Buena ubicación, muy bueno desayuno.
El hotel se ve un poco antiguo.

Das Familienzimmer war geräumig, unkomplizierter Check-in/out, Lage nicht weit vom Fährterminal.
Einrichtung etwas spartanisch und in die Tage gekommen. Geräte im Fitnessbereich weitgehend defekt. Fenster offenbar länger nicht geputzt. Frühstück zwar reichhaltig aber geschmacklich mittelmäßig. Lustloser Kellner deckt Tisch ein, indem er Besteck einfach kreuz und quer hinwirft. Die ganze Umgebung ist sehr heruntergekommen - historische Gebäude verfallen und mit Graffiti beschmiert, „moderne“ Gebäude hässlich wie Plattenbauten in der DDR … das Hotel fügt sich da stilistisch ein.

O quarto apresenta problemas básicos de estrutura e conforto. Não há tomadas ao lado da cama, o que dificulta algo simples como carregar o celular durante a noite. No banheiro, havia vazamento constante, deixando todo o chão molhado e aumentando o risco de queda — uma falha grave de segurança.
Além disso, o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, mesmo sendo supostamente para não fumantes. Ao relatar o problema à equipe, a orientação foi apenas fechar as janelas, o que não resolveu. O odor parecia impregnado no ambiente e na própria mobília.
Para completar, a TV do quarto é bastante limitada: não possui aplicativos habilitados (como streaming) e a TV a cabo não oferece sequer canais de filmes, o que compromete ainda mais o conforto da estadia.
Esperava um padrão muito superior pelo nome do hotel. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou bem abaixo do esperado.
O hotel precisa de uma reforma, o café da manhã estava ruim no nosso dia, não sei outros dias.

NOS DIERON EN VES DE CAMA MATRIMONIAL, 2 CAMITAS. LA HELADERA ESTABA DESENCHUFADA Y NO LA PUDIMOS ENCHUFAR. ADEMAS VACIA. DESAYUNO ESCASO, LAS FOTOS MIENTEN, EN EL BAÑO NO HAY JABONERA. FALTABA LUMINARIA EN LA HABITACION.

El servicio de comida, muy poca variedad y almorzamos ayer y no estaban buenos todos los platos, eso desepciona
Lo único rescatable fue poder estacionar en la puerta
El check in fue lento, la habitación no era cómoda, las almohadas muy malas, la ducha rota, el.aire acondicionado no andaba bien. Para completar, quise anotar la cuenta del bar a la habitación y no me lo permitieron.
