Great location, attentive staff, good value.
Pros:

The front desk staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. My first night, I arrived in the evening and the AC wasn't working. My stay could have been a disaster! Instead, the next day the staff switched me to a larger room with working AC, and a sea view. I was very appreciative, since I had three more nights at the hotel. The location in the old quarter was great.

Cons:

Breakfast overall was good, with a lovely sea view -- but think they need a few more cooks in the kitchen. The scrambled eggs were always disappearing... You had to watch the servers come in with a fresh batch and make your move quickly! Based on my room, I'd say the hotel is in a need of a refresh: small, dated bathroom, wood floors starting to lift. Nonetheless, my overall impression was still very positive.

Siento que el desayuno era correcto, pero muy diferente a la calidad de otros NH. Lamentablemente una de las camas tenía un hoyo en el medio.

- À noite o restaurante do hotel serve jantar a la carte, muito bom também.

Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación amplisima

Cons:

El recepcionista un desastre. Llegamos 14.40 , 20 minutos antes del horario reglamentario de check in, y nos hizo esperar hasta las 15 en punto para ingresar nos, a pesar de que estábamos con dos niños pequeños. La habitación tiene televisor y desactivaron que sea Smart, y a pesar de que le pedimos conectar nuestros dispositivos, nos lo negó apelando políticas de la empresa. No volvería a hospedarme allí.

No tenia silla de ruedas los accesos para personas (en mi caso una fractura)se me trabo la.muleta en la.puerta y recién ahí se ocuparon los baños muy pequeños.del desayunado difícil entrar pedí un banquito o.silla o...para bañarme no.me.contestaron la.habitacion no.tiene ni una cafeterita o pava para tomar algo o agua caliente fría en espacios comunes los vidrios sucios ..
