Atlantic Palace Hotel

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very close to the centre of Sorrenro with a great shuttle service which came in handy. Good value for money, would definitely reccommend.

Totul a fost la superlativ, începând de la amabilitatea angajaților, diversitatea mâncării, locurile recreative(piscina, grădina, bar, jacuzzi).
Este o atmosferă extraordinară pe tot parcursul zilei și mai ales seara când pe terasă supraetajata se ascultă muzică live fix deasupra banii. În cameră se făcea zilnic curățenie.
Voi recomanda tuturor acest hotel când vor ajunge în zona.

Una cosa pessima orrendo

We stayed at this hotel in October 2025 and cannot understand the negative reviews as we had a completely different experience.

We arrived late evening and were expecting to be told that we had missed dinner, not at all, they advised us to go straight to dinner and took our cases up to the room.

Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the volcano from the balcony.
The food was excellent and plentiful. The cleaning staff were excellent.

One review we saw before we went away commented on the breakfast "always being the same", show me a hotel where that is not the case, so yes it was always the same but with so many different things on offer and a cook to order station you could stay there for a week or two and not have the same breakfast twice.

Dinner was excellent with a buffet antipasti, and waiter served first course first course and main course and a buffet dessert. The waiting staff were welcoming and attentive, they could not be faulted in any way.

We did not use reception a great deal but when we did they were friendly and efficient.

Although a fair way outside the centre, the hotel shuttle bus was reliable both for getting into and back from the centre.

TUI had reps at the hotel. They organised some of the activities, and seemed to be ever present at the hotel, they were far more visible than I have experienced on any holiday for a long time.

One thing that they could improve on is letting you know sooner if a hotel based activity is cancelled for whatever reason. This however, does not change our view that the hotel is an excellent place to stay and we certainly hope to return there in the future.

El sistema de suttle ayuda mucho ya que en Sorrento no hay Uber, los taxis normales son caros. Y los buses públicos están bien pero no son nada puntuales. El desayuno es bueno pero todos los días es lo mismo. No varia en nada!

Personnel sympathique et très accueillant. Une mention particulière pour les 3 responsables du restaurant qui étaient aux petits soins ainsi que l'ensemble des serveurs. Petits déjeuner excellents avec énormément de choix, sans oublier la dame très gentille qui vous cuisine à la demande des crêpes, des œufs au plat ou une omelette. Jus d'oranges frais. Déjeuner et diner soit buffet chaud ou froid, gâteaux, fruits, glaces le tout à discrétion avec ou sans plat chaud à la carte, le tout très bon. Excellent rapport qualité prix ainsi que le bar avec des prix vraiment raisonnables. Navette gratuite pour descendre et remonter à Sorrento, sinon le bus N°08 à proximité de l'hôtel.
