Uncomfortable and extremely hot in our room
Pros:

The only plus for this hotel was it was in Sorrento and the room we were promised had ocean views of the Gulf Naples and Mt Vesuvius. The breakfast buffet was lovely.
Serena at the front desk as well as Nino were lovely and helpful. The other staff were uninterested and at times rude.

Cons:

We booked the best room in the hotel. The bathroom had a sewerage problem that smelt the entire time. The air conditioner could function well enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The mattress was as old as the hotel and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were not much better. When we asked for a fan we were advised there was no fans. This was a special stay on our holiday as my partner asked me to marry him on the Amalfi coast on a boat. Having to come back to a very uncomfortable room stole a bit of the high we should have been able to enjoy more

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto la camera della dépendance ultimo piano. La camera era bellissima e con ampio terrazzo con panorama del golfo. La doccia aveva delle mini luci che sembravano stelle. Eccellente la colazione. Si può pranzare in piscina e per cena scegliete il buffet o á la carte. La sera si può ascoltare musica al bar. Personale attento e cordiale. Tutto perfetto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

La ventola del bagno era rumorosa ma bastava accendere le altre luci del bagno evitando la luce principale.

Pleasant but for the cost of the hotel it wasn’t good enough
Pros:

Pool area was lovely, breakfast was a good standard

Cons:

The room we had needs a refresh, especially the bathroom, one of the shower heads was broken, mould on ceiling, broken extractor fan, marks on shower base, some of towels given to us were ripped, mattress was hard, and pillows too flat

Ryddige og rene rom. Frokosten var god og bassengområdet var fint og avslappende. Personalet var hjelpsomme

Litt utenfor sentrum. Krever litt planlegging med transport til og fra byen. Men stort pluss at hotellet stiller med transporten

Great location & hotel
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, a short 10 minute bus into the heart of Sorrento. The hotel shuttle was brilliant and if that wasn’t available the public transport stopped right outside the hotel and this was also very reliable. The hotel was clean with house keeping and fresh towels daily. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The beds were hard so not the most comfortable. The pool area could’ve been kept better.

Tutto fantastico,dalla struttura alla gentilezza del personale (soprattutto Alberto,persona fantastica).
È presente anche un servizio gratuito di autobus per andare in centro città in ogni momento della giornata.
Consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista,ritornerei qui sempre.

Great relaxing and enjoying stay, great links into Sorrento.
Pros:

Very large hotel, amazing space with incredible views. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were brilliant.

Cons:

The walls are definitely not soundproof, we could hear the neighbour in the room next door snoring !!! Drinks were a little expensive, mainly the soft drinks, especially when you can’t drink the water.

Best Hotel in Sorrento Area
Pros:

Wow wow wow!!! This is an hotel not to be missed. We decided to return to Sorrento as we wanted to visit Capri. Our experience in September 2025 was awful and we were reluctant to return. This hotel allayed all our fears and we had the most amazing 7 days in the sunshine. The staff definitely make your stay memorable. We are mentioning our favourites but all the staff are outstanding.. so thank you. Guiseppe on Reception is so approachable and I am sure I tired him out with all my questions. Natalino at the pool bar and the Restaurant is amazing and we love him. Alex (Fiorellino - little flower) we love and miss you so much. Tony worked tirelessly breakfast and dinner Nicole and I know is have spelled this wrong but she will know. Before arriving we saw complaints about the food...why we will never understand. But you can't please everyone all the time. The choices for the evening meal were fabulous and I am fussy but always found something delicious. Finally, our wonderful shuttle driver, Eustacio. How would we have managed our trip into Sorrento with out you. So prompt and pleasant. We wish all drivers were as excellent. We cannot thank you enough for our amazing stay and we really would love to return. We have recommended to all our friends and family.

Fint og koselig hotell.
Pros:

Det var et veldig fint og idyllisk. Fint basseng og område. Busstilbudet ned til byen var veldig bra!

Cons:

Jeg hadde sett frem til å trene på morgenen, men treningsrommet hadde bare åpningstid fra 10-18. Det var også ute, så midt på dagen var det veldig varmt. Bassenget hadde også åpningstid fra 10-18, og vi skulle gjerne ønsket at man kunne bade senere på kvelden når man kom hjem fra utflukter.

Leuk personeel, prima verblijf verder.
Pros:

Het personeel en met name Alberto! Hij gaf ons echt een warm welkom en knoopte gesprekken aan. Super aardige kerel! Daarnaast de dame die in de week van 20-24 juli in de ochtend bij het ontbijt de eieren bakte. Ook zij was echt een heel fijn mens!

Daarnaast was het zwembad fijn en de Lemon Garden zag er heerlijk uit.

Cons:

Een paar dingen aan onze kamer, nummer 320.
1. De wc kon niet doorspoelen met de kleine spoelfunctie. Die is kapot.
2. De handpomp zeepjes waren kapot.
3. Na het schoonmaken van de kamer is er niet gestofzuigd, nog veel zand en grind op de grind.
4. De airco werkte niet of bijna niet. Ging steeds automatisch uit en koelde amper. Dit was erg irritant.
