L'emplacement.

Je trouve que le personnel à la réception est beaucoup dans l'application de règles strictes définies par l'hotel, alors que, pour moi, sa mission est d'aider et servir les clients pour que le client se sente comme à la maison. J'attends plus de flexibilité et d'aide de leur part. Je me suis senti un peu infantilisé. Je viens en vacances pour me relaxer et me détendre, ils semblent un peu l'oublier. De plus, malgré tous leurs protocoles stricts, j'ai rarement autant vu de bazar dans les étages (on aurait dit que des chambres se regroupaient pour regarder des matchs de football ensemble et célébrer en criant). En tout cas, merci au portier qui m'a aidé et qui est très sympathique.

Как отель переночевать на одну две ночи неплохо, но на больший срок я б тут не останавливался.

Cons:

Номера отличались от тех что на фото (голые стены в стиле лофт) и около нулевая звукоизоляция между номерами.

Pros:

Location. Super friendly staff. Choice of breakfast, European and Indian, both excellent. Huge rooms.

Cons:

The pool was half of the day in the shade. Also the prices at the pool were very high in my opinion.
