Reception lady informed us check in time was 3 pm because we had booked with booking.com and not directly with them if we wanted to book in 2 hours early if we paid €30 we could get our
Room immediately made to feel second class the description of the hotel was misleading no sitting out
The shower was dirty grouting yellow and discoloured we only stayed for one night of a 4 night stay and moved out the next morning paying for 4 nights
And only staying for 1 the experience was very unpleasant I have been a customer of yours for many years I am sorry to say I will miss you I have always been very happy with your company but sadly this experience has finished me off

Very well situated hotel near the old town on the beach near restaurants.
Pros:

Location was great on the beach. Juan in reception was fantastic. Lunch menu is good value. Great sea views. Rooms have air con. Breakfast was included and was good standard.

Cons:

Dinner menu isn’t great and poor value. Bathrooms a little dated. Indoor pool is small. Building work going on next to hotel and some repairs going on in hotel from early morning that involved drills- noise. Half board available but wouldn’t rate evening meal.

Overall, we had a good stay, but it was quite basic and may not suit everyone.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the sea, which was a big advantage. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel also offered a gym (fairly well-equipped) and a small indoor pool, which were nice additional facilities.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite dated, and we had mould in the bathroom. The soundproofing is very poor—you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors, which made it hard to relax. The room also lacked amenities; there was no fridge, which is quite inconvenient, especially in hot weather, and no kettle or similar facilities. We had half board, but no drinks were included with dinner—not even water—which was surprising. The food was good but very basic, and we expected a wider variety of fruit and vegetables, especially considering the location in Spain where fresh produce is abundant.
