Cons:

Parking area was inconvenient, the elevator is not functioning properly , makes a noise and is not programmed properly , not stopping at the correct floor . No directions to show entrance to hotel from 12 th floor . At night especially it gives an eerie feeling

Poor drainage made the stay a little uncomfortable
Pros:

The food from the coffee shop was delicious.

Cons:

The shower drain was not working properly. The dirty water would fill up around you while showering which caused the bathroom to flood. Going to the toilet then became an issue because of the flooding.

No lock key only kept by the security and tv channels were corrupted, booked early but only to get 2 bedded room
