Cons:

The check-in person was not nice. Very dry, not welcoming but I just wanted to get in my room. After a long drive i'd like to feel welcomed but that did not happen

Long day on the road driving into a storm deserves a nice hotel. This was it.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Great staff. Perfect after a long day on the road. Access to outside very good.

Cons:

The furniture in the room could have been upgraded, but that is minor.

Great value and reliable service on Virginia Tech family weekend
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcomed us late after a Virginia Tech football game. Great price!
