I was tricked by a 3rd party reservation platform making itself as an on-site employee
Pros:

When i got to the hotel, I did not get the 1 king/2 queen suite with 2 bathrooms I had requested for my family of 5 (adult and 2 children). I have learned to avoid 3rd parties when making reservations, so when I called the number on the Pasco/TriCities Holiday Inn & Suites website I specifically asked where the rep I talked to was. He said he was at that hotel in Pasco. I verified the exact details of the suite I wanted. When I asked him to verify that it has 2 bathrooms, he said of course because there will be 5 people in the suite. When I checked in it's when I learned I did not get a suite. The manager explained that my reservation was handled by a third party; he said they do a good job of masking themselves as being on site. It was very frustrating, and I wish the hotel industry could galvanize together to eliminate this from happening in the future. The manager handled it as well as he could, bringing a roll a bed up into our cramped room. We used the lobby bathroom, 3 floors down, for our second bathroom.

Great stay! Would stay again.
Pros:

Clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. Nice pool!

Cons:

Pull out bed in the suite was not the most comfortable. Hot tub was more like a warm tub, great jets though.

Clean, Sharp, pool a 5 out of 5
Pros:

Clean and breakfast a 10/10

Cons:

This hotel is right by the Hapo center so if you’re going for that then you’re all set however if you’re not expect to be sharing the pool and breakfast room with people who will be at the convention center, we shared the pool and breakfast room with 30 kids ages 8-13 hockey players 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they jumped in the room above us all weekend

Pros:

Great location, parking was great. Hotel is very clean and well kept. The best receptionist I’ve met. Very accommodating, pleasant and joyful. Room was spacious and clean, smells clean.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Clean accommodations, beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and the pool area was well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The guests above us had heavy feet. Not much the hotel can do about that though.

We had an excellent experience here
Pros:

We had a really nice stay. Perfect location for us and our hockey tournament. Very clean, good breakfast, comfortable room with plenty of space for our family of four. The kids loved the pool and I was able to work out in the gym while I watched them play. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Great place to lay your head before heading to Pasco Airport!
Pros:

Arrival staff super friendly and accommodating yet forgot to add my late checkout or shuttle to my reservation. Departure staff again very friendly and helpful fixing the issues from the day before. Room was clean and good size. Shower pressure definitely needs improvements, and I missed not having the usual pen and pad of paper. Convenient and great place to stay close to Pasco Airport.
