Pros:

Zentrale Lage, jedoch schwierige Parksituation (wenn man keinen Platz in der Tiefgarage bekommt).
Zimmer geräumig, Frühstück gut, viel Auswahl.
Personal freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

Cons:

Parksituation.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet nur 1 Kaffeemaschine.
Bad im gebuchten Zimmer etwas abgewohnt (angeschlagene Fliesen, abgenutzte Farbe).

Ganz gut für den Sommer +++ Im Winter dann doch lieber wieder ein kleines Stadthotel
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit noch mehr Potential. Die Mitarbeiter waren leider wenig kommunikativ. Auf bestimmte Dinge wurde man unserer Meinung nach nicht explizit hingewiesen (z.B. dass die Minibar in den Suiten inclusive ist). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber auch hier wieder die Kleinigkeiten (für die frische Zubereitung von Eierspeisen musste man erst nach dem Koch fragen, ehe was passierte), die Wellness-Landschaft war sehr gut und auch sauber, aber leider nur zwischen 7 und 12 Uhr. Danach faden sich deutliche "Spuren" der Tagesgäste. Als Hotelgast nutzt man das Angebot frei, auch hier erst wieder auf Nachfrage informiert. Sehr postiv war die sehr leise Klimaanlage, so dass auch ein Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich war. (Was auf Grund der Umgebungsgeräusche -Zimmer direkt über dem Anwohnerparkplatz- auch dringend nötig war). Der kostenlose Wasserspender auf dem Flur war die Rettung bei 35°C, tolle Idee. Das Essen im Restaurant Emil´s war ebenfalls top in Ordnung, wobei die Preisgestaltung teilweise nicht stimmig war. Die Lage direkt an der Havel ist natürlich gerade im Sommer toll. DIe Bushaltestelle ist 200m entfernt, so dass man auch gut das Stadtzentrum von Berlin erreichen kann.

Cons:

Die "Rooftop Bar" ist ein Witz, null Aussicht, da der Bereich, der als einziges Aussicht bietet jetzt zur neuen Sauna zugeschlagen wurde und somit nur noch als Saunagänger nutzbar ist. Der Service ist die Katastrophe. Wir haben an drei Abenden versucht, etwas zu trinken. Leider Fehlanzeige. Die Landsleute des Kellners saßen am Tresen und hatten seine volle Aufmerksamkeit, der Rest war dem jungen Mann scheinbar egal. Man sollte ihn vllt nach Umsatz bezahlen :-)

Frühstücksauswahl sehr gelungen.
Sehr erfreut hat uns der Poolbereich, deren Nutzung mit in der Buchung vorhanden war.
Dachterasse mit leckeren Getränken zu absolut fairen Preisen.

Cons:

Die Menüauswahl im Restaurant war für uns persönlich etwas zu eingeschränkt.
