Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal in jeder Ebene. Wir hatten ein paar"Sonderwünsche" kurz drüber gesprochen und es wurde sofort umgesetzt, wirklich Klasse👍 Massage und Frühstück sind besonders zu Empfehlen 😊

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein Wellnesshotel. Alles unter einem Dach, schöne Zimmer, riesige Poollandschaft, top-Fitnesstudio, Restaurant, Cocktailbar.

Cons:

Die Portionen im Restaurant emil‘s könnten etwas grösser sein.

Pros:

Schöner Spa und Wellnessbereich, stündlich Aufgüsse in der Sauna, alles sauber, sehr bequeme Betten mit zwei Kopfkissen, gutes Personal, gute Anbindung überall hin.

Cons:

Parkplatz überteuert, Frühstücksauswahl ist gut. Die Wurst- und Käseplatte jedoch lieblos, die Stapel direkt aus der Packung auf die Platte gelegt (viel zu viel auf einmal, die obersten Scheiben rollten sich schon). Da sollte besser mal etwas nachgelegt werden.

Pros:

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Die Betten waren weich aber super bequem.
Das Bad ist geräumig und ausreichend.
Wir hatten sehr viel Glück mit einem Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Es sollte jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack finden.
Ca. 300 m vom Hotel entfernt (in Richtung spandauer Altstadt) kann man bei einem Italiener lecker zu Abend essen. Es ist nicht besonders gemütlich dort, aber überaus freundlich und sehr sehr lecker zum günstigen Preis.
Die Öffnungszeiten vom Spa Bereich (Sauna und Schwimmbad inkl. Sportbereich) sind echt toll. Von 7.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr. Das ist wirklich großartig und selten zu finden.

Cons:

Etwas Gemütlichkeit im Zimmer wäre schön. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es riecht nach älterem Holz auch schon durch den Holzfußboden bedingt.
Beim Frühstück fährt ein Roboter mit schmutzigem Geschirr durch die Gänge, umdass man dort sein nicht mehr benötigtes Geschirr dazustellt. Er strahlt Unruhe aus und hat etwas von Mitropa. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Es war etwas enttäuschend, selbst die Brötchen am Morgen waren nicht richtig aufgebacken.
Cons:

ich hatte mir am Ankunftstag ein Steak mit Pommes bestellt,Pommes total versalzen, das Steak war eine Fleischscheibe sehr dünn und sehr sehnig. 2.Tag hatte ich beim Frühstück nach gebratenem Speck gefragt, wurde aber abgelehnt. 3 tag wurden noch nicht einmal meine Gläser auf dem Zimmer gereinigt.Die badewanne war mit Schimmel zwischen den Fliesen behaftet.Auf meinen Hinweis wurde er ziemlich beseitigt.Am Samstag hatte ich um eine Rechnung gebeten, die mir dann von 3 Angestellten verweigert worden ist. Ich habe sie bis heute noch nicht.

Das Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

1. War das Zimmer kalt, Heizung abgedreht und es dauerte Stunden bis es sich aufwärmen.
2. Im Sauna und Schwimmbereich gab es einen Wasserspender, leider keine Becher. Saunameister konnte auch Keine besorgen ....nur den Hinweis geben, zur Rezeption dort Becher bezahlen... Geld zurück bei Abgabe. Aber das ist für mich kein Service.
3. Lage....Berlin ist sooooo dreckig. Wir wollten nur 1 Kaffee trinken gehen und suchten ein Lokal. Die Straße war total verhüllt und vorm Hotel lagen Patronen Kugeln ....nicht einladend!!! Wir fühlten uns unwohl und sind 10km weiter gefahren.
Sorry aber nie wieder!
