Für 4 Sterne und bei der Beschreibung hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Die Lage war schön, unweit vom Wasser.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Sauberkeit war leider nicht gut. Angebissenes Brötchen lag unter Schreibtisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde sporadisch aufgefüllt. Der Mann fürs Omelett war immer wieder längere Zeit nicht da, da er wohl Aufschnittplatten in der Küche zubereitete…

Es ist eigentlich alles sehr schön in dem Hotel das einzige was es zu Bemängeln gibt ist eine Angestellte im Gastro Bereich eine kleine dunkel Harige denn sie hat den einen morgen die Tür zum Frühstücks Bereich geöffnet und sie kann nicht mal Guten Morgen sagen und ist auch sofort wieder in der Küche verschwunden und hat alle stehen lassen wie blöd. So das wir dann alle rein gegangen sind ohne das sie dann nach der Zimmer Nummer gefragt hat was sie eigentlich jeden Morgen machen . Das ist das einzige was es zu Bemängeln gibt bei Ihnen. Liebe Grüße

Frühstücksauswahl bis auf Brötchen war sehr gut.Es fehlte an nichts.Die Lage ist super.Ausflugs genial.

Cons:

Für ein barrierefreies Zimmer war die Toilette etwas zu niedrig.Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Auswahl an Brötchen geben.z.b Roggen,Vollkorn,Dinkel.

Sehr ruhige idyllische Lage in Spandau, super Wellnessbereich mit tollen Saunen, Restaurant und grossem Pool, und die Benutzung von Sauna und Pool im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Hotel echt zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das die Havanna Bar am Sonntag geschlossen ist, fand ich nicht so gut.

wir hatten eine wirklich gelungene mischung aus berlin-kennenlerntag mit erholsamem ausklang im spa.
Pros:

sehr zuvorkommendes personal, sehr freundlich, sehr tolles spa, wunderbar heisser whirlpool, kuscheliger bademantel und die lage am wasser können für unsere begriffe kaum getoppt werden.
