Cons:

Klimaanlage war ausgefallen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Bei Außentemperaturen von Grad mal 13° heizten Aircon und Sonneneinstrahlung die Zimmer auf 27°. Das Ersatzzimmer, das ich erhielt konnte ich bis am nächsten Morgen auf 20° runterkühlen, immer noch zuviel zum schlafen.
