Pros:

Huone oli kauniisti sisustettu ja matkalaukuille ja ulkovaatteille oli tilaa. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistejä. Aamupala oli maukas. Leipä oli tuoretta ja puuron kanssa oli tarjolla oikeista mansikoista tehtyä sosetta eikä pelkkää sokerihilloa.

Cons:

Huoneen nojatuolin jalka oli likimain irti liimauksistaan. Varomattomasti istuvan kookkaan aikuisen alla tuoli saattaa rikkoontua. Tuoleja oli kaksi. Tuoleissa tuntuu olevan suunnitteluvirhe, koska osa tuolien jaloista oli ruuvattu. Perhehuoneen vuodesohva oli heikkotasoinen. Isomman lapsen oli epämukava nukkua kolmesta muhkuraisesta palasta koostuvassa vuodesohvassa. Uloskirjautumisen jälkeen meiltä yritettiin laskuttaa minibaarin käyttämisestä, vaikka minibaari oli perhehuoneessa alun alkaen tyhjä. Kehoitus maksaa minibaarista tuli sähköpostina, jossa olisi ollut maksulinkki. Emme avanneet linkkiä, vaan olimme yhteydessä asiakaspalveluun. Asiaa pahoiteltiin. Silti kokonaisuudesta jäi huono maku.
