Pros:

good breakfast and location

Cons:

Unfortunately, this place did not feel worth the price. Many basic things came at an extra cost, including parking and even the saunas, which was disappointing. Overall, it ended up feeling much more expensive than expected.

The hotel is convenient, because locating in the central part of medieval city - Tallinn. Near the hotel Old Town Square, Viiru Keskus shopping center, oldest cafes and really vibe of medieval! I thank a hotel for nice and warm welcome! Thank you!

Pistorasioita vähän, ei latausmahdollisuuksia riittävästi.
Bidekäsisuihku puuttui!
Ikkunoista puuttui aurinkosuoja, huone kuumenee kauniinapäivänä. Ilmastointi puhaltaa kylmää sängylle, jossa huoneessa 924 oleskellaan, kun muuta istuma/lepopaikkaa ei ollut.
WC sälekaihdin rikki— vessa kuuma, kun aurinko ja pyyhkeenkuivaus putket kuumat!

Amazing in all areas, highly recommend
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel, the staff were lovely, it was clean and nicely designed. My room, bed, bathroom were all great. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was amazing. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Cons:

One staff member rude - rooms cleaned only every 3 days (unless you request more frequently) - when I asked for tea, some fresh tea bags were thrown down in the room but there were still 2 dirty mugs. Food in restaurant poor. Bar closed in the day when it shouldn't have been. Just a general feeling of things not being up to scratch.
