Overall great stay, warm staff, beautiful grounds, great breakfast and complimentary evening snacks.
Pros:

The property was very clean. We loved the outdoor pond, mini waterfall, and putt putt green. It was a beautiful space. The pool area was also very clean and had a pool and a hot tub.

Having to take time to deal with pending charge and there should not be anything on the room
Cons:

Paid for room in advance. I check my credit card and there is a $100.00 charge still pending. Hotel can't help me and I no longer have the H # for our reservation. Help

Except for food quality, everything was well done.
Pros:

Really nice staff, from front desk to housekeeping. Great room location.

Cons:

Breakfast. The eggs and muffins are tasteless, the tater tots way over done, and the pancake machine didn’t work.
Also, no butter available for toast or bread.

If I am ever in the area again, I would stay here every single time.
Pros:

All around this was an exceptional place to stay.
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and both times it has been exceptional! It is beautiful, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful (especally the gentleman at the desk when we checked in who called our room to make sure we were happy). Our room was amazing and the breakfast was very, very good with a great selection. The breakfast area is very large and very clean and also beautiful. We did not use the pool but the fitness room was awesome. We will be staying here again. Oh, also loved the complementry snacks of fresh popcorn, cookies and ice cream. Beyond the call to make their guests feel welcome. Thank you to all the staff

Cons:

There was not one single thing we did not like about this hotel.
