Convenient location but noisy
Pros:

Location was amazing and the room rooms were a good size and very functional. Staff were lovely

Cons:

Housekeeping doesn't work over the weekends or public holidays - which is quite reasonable but the apartment has nothing to help you clean with in their absence. No vacuum or even dustpan and broom. The pool is indoors but unheated.

Clean and Quiet in a Nice Location
Pros:

Quiet location, comfortable beds, very clean without any overpowering smells of bleach or other cleaning chemicals, lift to first floor, nice water pressure in the shower. We arrived via train so didn't need parking but undercover parking was provided for guests who drove there.

Cons:

Constant dripping water from the shower head. Reception staff offered us a change in rooms, which was decent, but as we were already on our way out and wouldn't be back until late, we declined. The shower taps were initially turned off so tightly that it took a lot of strength to turn them on the first time. So it's obvious they already knew about the problem before we arrived, since the last person in there would have been cleaners. They said they couldn't get them fixed during our stay due to the Easter Break. We turned the taps off as much as we could after our showers, but it wasn't enough to stop the dripping. So we had to place towels in the bottom of the shower to dampen the sound, though it still affected our sleep. We also hated the waste of water.

Having the TV mounted on a wall would have also made our stay easier as the huge TV lived on the kitchen bench and occupied all of it, making meal prep in the kitchenette impossible. Not the end of the world but as we do like to prepare our own breakfast and were not able to do so, it is worth mentioning.

Proximity to CBD and attractions

Cons:

The pool was not heated. This is the sole reason we booked the stay 3 nights with kids over school holidays. This was very disappointing and spoiled the stay experience. When messaged the hotel, they replied the heating was broken since a week ago and only then proceeded to paste a note at the pool entrance. Should have cared to inform us before our arrival so would have looked for alternative pool amenities. We need to be compensated/partially refunded for the degraded service.

Convenient, but value for dollar was below expectations.
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location for travelling around the city. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The condition of the property was below our expectations and didn’t match up with the photos shown on their website. Eg. an uncomfortable and broken couch, broken toilet seat, rubbish bin lacking a lid gave a strong odour in the apartment, sinks were lacking plugs and those in the kitchen didn’t hold the water etc.

Stay was lovely recommend to anyone. Close to Dickson shopping centre. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Pros:

Very spacious room. Was able to cook. Undercover car parking.

Cons:

The (heated pool) was freezing, kids were unable to utilise it! Bedding had stains on the doona and sheets were dirty. Spa pump cover kept falling off and inside was very mouldy.

Centrally situated and reasonably priced
Pros:

Underground lockup carpark was excellent. All services such as woolworths, coles, fast food shops, BWS are all within walking distance

Cons:
