Friendly staff and secure parking

Cons:

Needs to replace sofa, wasn't comfortable to sit on. One of the beds in a triple room was sagging, also wasn't comfortable to sleep in

It’s good for short stays not for any longer than 3 nights. Had good facilities e.g indoor pool
Pros:

The lady at the reception when I checked in was lovely.

Cons:

The comfort, the beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t get clean towels everyday however did leave them on the floor like signage stated

Had a great stay. Will come back.
Pros:

The location was great for where we were going. The room was clean and comfortable with secure parking. Swimming pool was great.

Cons:

We were happy with everything - the onlt thing that could have been better would have been to have channels like foxtel.

Pros:

Location was great - close to shops and restaurants, EPIC and major tourist spots. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Some of the fixtures were dated, such as the toilet and bath. The sofa wasn't very comfortable you sit on for any length of time. These issues didn't really matter to us though.
