The staff are great & a good location & we enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool.
Pros:

We were thrilled to receive the room we requested as previously used in 2024. We really enjoyed using the heated indoor swimming pool. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

There was a stain on the carpet not there 18 months ago when we were last there but probably unable to get it off which is understandable & a biscuit wrapper I found on the floor otherwise very clean & tidy.

Okay for the price point, could do with a little love and a freshen up. The location was interesting.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was spacious. The suburb is experiencing some interesting gentrification but there is ample food options and groceries close by.

Cons:

The carpets and furnishings were marked/dirty, including large pink marks in the carpet of the bedroom. The walls appeared dirty with scuff marks in every room. The place could do with a freshen up. The pool was also freezing which I don’t anticipate given it was indoor.

Comfortable short stay for 4 adults
Pros:

Comfortable stay for family of 4 adults. Good parking, plenty of space in 2 bedroom apartment. Easy walk to Dickson shopping area. Nice cafe just next door.

Cons:

Property is tired - stains on carpets, noisy fridge and air conditioner, window blind broken in lounge area.

Nice welcoming staff

Cons:

Found illicit drugs under the bed. Considering we have a 4 year old daughter this is quite concerning. Once you notice that you realise there is dust everywhere as well.

I have and will recommend this complex ro friends and fmily travelling to Canberra
Pros:

the apartment option is great for a group of people staying for more than 1 night, especially if you have children travelling with the group

Not very clean little black pubic hair was found on the floor and in the bathroom in the shower and on the bed on arrival

Close to everything ww need. Staff really helpful.

Cons:

Apartments need a refresh - couch dirty and lumpy, cutlery still had something brown stuck to them after 4 rounds in the dishwasher.

It was a relaxing place to stay I would come back again
