Had a great stay. Will come back.
Pros:

The location was great for where we were going. The room was clean and comfortable with secure parking. Swimming pool was great.

Cons:

We were happy with everything - the onlt thing that could have been better would have been to have channels like foxtel.

Pros:

Location was great - close to shops and restaurants, EPIC and major tourist spots. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Some of the fixtures were dated, such as the toilet and bath. The sofa wasn't very comfortable you sit on for any length of time. These issues didn't really matter to us though.

i would stay again - it's a nice stay - just missed some attention to detail.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean - and warm! location was fantastic for my requirements. The indoor pool was great for a morning swim in June! Parking was secure and easy to access. Bed was comfortable - and after hours check-in smooth. There were a lot of envelopes in the safe with entry details for other guests - might be considered a security risk?

Cons:

the gym facilities require some maintenance - took some pics of where a repair had been attempted that resulted in unequal loading ( didn't get a chance to speak with staff) the longlife milk was clumpy?(an interesting surprise at the bottom of my cup!) the dishwasher was full and dishes we unwashed. i ran the cycle - no big deal - but others might complain. shower had a very loud hammer - unless turned all the way up.

Great location
Pros:

Great location and secure parking

Cons:

The room was dirty
Dirty “clean” dishes! Posts were not cleaned and still had cooked food on them!
My daughter’s bathroom has a vape left in it and water was leaking from the sink it took 3 days to get fixed!
Couch’s in living room where broken the arm rests crackled every time we placed our arm on it
Bed very uncomfortable
Rubbish left in our bins and in bathroom bins from last family there!
We actually washed bed sheets before we slept in them
Definitely do not recommend and paying $1,500 was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!

Only stayed one night but for the price, I would have expected the shower to be in working condition
Pros:

The garden area is nice and the pool looked really nice. Lady at reception was friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower was terrible, all the water merged to the middle of the shower head causing one thick stream, water temperature kept changing, one minute it was freezing cold the next it was boiling hot and I burnt my skin. So after a long day, wanting a relaxing shower, it didn't happen.
The bed was two singles put together and kept splitting apart at night. Rooms are very dated and could do with a refurb. Also booked this room so that I could prepare my dinner in the kitchen, only to find that there wasn't a kitchen, only a microwave.
