This hotel is well located and we liked the space (we chose the superior room) with a sleeping area separate from a lounging area with a sofa.
The hotel has seen better days and is need of refreshing. There is chipped paint in many places, the sink area in the bathroom needed recaulking, the refrigerator was very small and was located in a wooden cabinet which had sustained water damage. The telephone in the room was not working and we could not contact them. The front desk was often left unattended and we had to wait for a staff member to arrive before we could get any help. The cleaning crew once took all of our bath towels which we had hung up and planned to use again and left us with none. Sometimes they left us face clothes and sometimes they did not. They also took some of our food during a cleaning session. Our room keys didn’t work and we had to return to the front desk three times to ask them to fix them. One night there were no lights on in the entire second floor hall and we had to ask the front desk attendant to turn them on. The front desk staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly, rude and not at all helpful. They often left the front desk unattended forcing us to wait until someone arrived to help or answer questions.

Hotel was niet 4 sterren waard. Was vrij oud en niet heel hygiënisch. Personeel was behoorlijk chagrijnig.
The location, and the room size.
The property looks older than I expected. Air conditioning was not working and the room was hot during the day. They explained that because of the season the AC if off for all rooms, but this is not included in the hotel description. We stayed in April.
Location is fantastic--walkable to most sights and on a quiet plaza right near Diagonal. Our family suite was also spacious with a great view overlooking the street.
The price was a bit high for a sunday in shoulder season, and it was frustrating to have the price go down by 75 euros after we passed the cancellation window. The rooms also looked a bit dated, with some peeling paint/moldings. However, the room was super comfortable and spacious and I would overlook the ageing and stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and the suite was very spacious the location is very convenient to visit.
It’s very very noisy downstairs there are a lot of bars and restaurants so expect to be very noisy during The Week end you can hear everything from outside. The reception of hotel most of the time is not here so you have to wait long long time before someone arrives. There was no garbages in both toilets of the room and no slippers or bathroom products, you have to ask for it. They will not help you with you the luggage’s, you have to carry them inside the luggage room and leave them here while your room is ready then come back collect them by your self. Nobody is helping to bring the luggage in your room. No parking it was full or not enought large.
La ubicación del hotel es buenísima y las habitaciones amplias y muy luminosas. El personal fue muy amable permitiéndonos entrar en la habitación antes de la hora del check in.
La decoración de las habitaciones está un poco anticuada. También los baños, en los que hay bañera en vez de ducha. Durante toda la estancia, en nuestra planta, estaban los carros de mantenimiento con las sábanas y toallas en el pasillo. Desayuno no muy variado
The only thing positive about this hotel, is the location. Nevertheless, it is a noisy one due to the restaurants ands bars around.
Rooms are smelly, and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was old and rusty. The service was rude, unfriendly, and very unprofessional.
Even though, I had a 3-night stay booking I checked out after the first one and look for an alternative hotel.
These guys ruined my weekend
