Departing guests may continue to use the spa facilities up until 12:00. If guests wish to continue to use the spa facilities after check-out, there is a charge of GBP 15 per person.

Please note that the children's swimming times are between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday, and between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Saturdays and Sundays.

Would love to come back.
Pros:

Room was good - but I was upgraded to a 'Queen-standard' so not sure what a 'standard' room might offer.

Breakfast was good, with nicely presented selections. However, my reservation via booking.com was for breakfast included, yet when I turned up it was not included which is a bit frustrating. It's not fair on the staff to be accused that they aren't being honest, and booking.com needs to ensure their systems are working correctly.

Spa/Swimming pool: Excellent pool.

Cons:

Spa/Swimming pool: Most of the lockers don't work, so your possessions aren't secured. Staff as well as regulars know of the situation; just don't take in anything of value.

Pros:

Location was great and really enjoyed the room and dining experience

Cons:

Only issue was that there are no child hours in the pool, which I understand however having checked in late, was limited to the time I could spend in there with my son.

Spodziewałem się więcej po 4 gwiazdkowym standardzie. Dużo niedociągnięć w jakości wykończenia pokoi. SPA też pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

We we're not advised of areas that were under renovation. We're not being petty but forewarned is forearmed. Also, our room was not available on our correct arrival time 3pm.
