Departing guests may continue to use the spa facilities up until 12:00. If guests wish to continue to use the spa facilities after check-out, there is a charge of GBP 15 per person.

Please note that the children's swimming times are between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday, and between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Saturdays and Sundays.

Cons:

Property needs a lot of attention to detail; gardens , in room maintainence; ac in rooms; swimming pool tiles above waterline need a good clean; cold jets in area next to the steam room not working; spa pool not able to be turned on until after 9.30 in the morning; locker room cupboard locks need attention( 50% not working), food and beverage staff need training and you need more staff at peak period( breakfast) ; rooms not soundproof

Staircases are narrow and a lot of steps ( yet no offer of help with liggage.

Needs a lot of money spent to get it back to scratch

Lovely stay but could have been easily better with coffe during breakfast and a hot Jacuzzi

Lovely location , facilities and garden views. Nice trail to visit the Temple of the winds spot

Cons:

The main reason to go there was the spa , however disappointed that the temperature of the water in the Jacuzzi and swimming pool was cold.

The member of the stuff in the restaurant were really nice but inexperienced. On Sunday morning , during breakfast the hot milk in the coffee machine did not work and they were unable to provide hot milk in any other way which means they were unable to provide a latte or capuccino which it could have been so easily managed by bringing a small jar with hot milk . We suggested it but they say it was not possible .

Fantastic place to stay. All needs met in a perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent position. Lots of places around to visit. Beautiful setting. Staff were fantastic. Very helpful. We asked at reception for advice on what was around to visit and she took time to tell us about each different activity. We bumped into her when we got back and she was leaving to go home, but she remembered us and still stopped to ask how our day went.
Also, after a day in the bar, a tall guy remembered me as I wanted a flavoured cider but a wedding had used them all. He saw me a couple of days later and just came up to me to let me know a delivery had come in so they were now available again.
All staff very helpful and approachable.

Cons:

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and if you moved it was quite loud. I know that sounds strange but the sheets seemed to make quite a noise when you moved and the pillows as well. The pillows were quite soft but went very flat when laying on them.
I wouldn't really lower my review down for this as some people may like them this way, but the noise, I think could be sorted. I think with some softener the sheets wouldn't make so much noise.

Lovely spa break in the country side
Pros:

The room was nice and cozy. Good breakfast. Very nice spa, with outdoor lounge beds, and we could also use in the morning after the checkout, which was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we arrive at the check-in time, so we had to wait about 2 hours. The staff was apologetic, so it was ok in the end.

Super hotel in a great tranquil location with fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic tranquil location and lovely room with good air con in the heat! Used the gym and pool and enjoyed the surroundings. Had breakfast lunch and dinner - excellent food and a lovely team serving who were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
