Pros:

Muito confortável, excelente café da manhã, muito limpo e agradável. Sistema de transfer para o aeroporto excelente.

Cons:

Wi-fi é muito lento e intermitente, não condiz com o padrão do hotel. Houve confusão na administração da reserva também.

Localização e serviço de táxi oferecido pelo hotel.

Cons:

Da camareira batendo forte na porta, às 08h, nos acordando assustados, pedindo roupas sujas para lavar! Acrediro que faltou treinamento para essa pessoa porque da forma como fomos acordados, nos passou a impressão de alguém batendo na porta pedindo socorro ou avisando que em algum lugar estava pegando fogo, por exemplo. Outro episódio bizarro foi um técnico, em torno das 09h, furando com uma furadeira de grande impacto a parede e meia do nosso quarto com outro quarto trazendo tanto transtornos que fui obrigada a ir falar com ele que se continuasse aquele barulho eu ia ligar para a recepção solicitando a mudança de quanto.

Pros:

Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was very nice -- good selection. Hotel was clean and organized. Parking included. Lots of space in the lobby. Room was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. It was clean, but tiny. It had a shower and toilet crammed into a small space where you could barely shut the door. The sink was separate, which was much more spacious, but the lighting needs improving.
