Spoilt by the finance team. We won't be back
Pros:

Lovely place. Some of the staff were not very engaged, but the quality of the breakfast was reasonable.
Spa staff were great. Although the walk between the spa and the pool was odd (thru a badly signed tunnel!), the pool was lovely. Good steam room!

Cons:

A holding deposit was placed on my credit card. This wasn't released until 30 days after checkout. When queried, the finance staff were rude and unhelpful. So much so that I contacted my bank understand the process. The bill was settled by that same card on departure, so I am surprised it was deemed necessary to hold your deposit for so long!

The staff were fantastic, especially the tall young man who worked in the conservatory for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very polite and attentive to all residents
