Beautiful weekend in beautiful place
Everything was amazing, beautiful hotel super clean, staff was super friendly, magical atmosphere, great food the the hospitality was fantastic.
We stayed during our wedding reception which was in Tring my wife loved it as it was a surprise.
I would recommend this hotel too any once that wants to make a special occasion feel special.
Love the peacocks showing off to all the guests and the sound they make!

For the price I would of expected to have water in the rooms especially in this hot weather and a basic breakfast included at least with options for an upgrade
And a plug socket near a mirror to dry my hair

An exceptionally well-managed hotel and spa.
Nice location and well decorated and maintained
Some staff were very attentive and professional and just what you would expect of this quality of hotel. Others maybe less attentive and interested in delivering excellent customer service. The Japanese have a word for it - Omotenashi that describes the approach to hospitality.
Imposing, quiet, clean - friendly and efficient staff
I loved everything but just a couple of things - 2 teabags less than adequate if you are a tea drinker. Also no pillow protectors and one of the pillows had a stain.
