Good stay. Booking today for our next stay.
Pros:

We stay here often. It doesn't matter who checks us in, that person is always friendly and seems really glad to see us.
The hotel is quiet and clean. The beds, especially the sheets, are very comfortable. The breakfast is adequate.
We also appreciate the free Tesla charger.

Cons:

I would like the in-room coffee to be just a little better quality. I would also appreciate having some tea for breakfast.

Pros:

Me and my husband stayed here for about a month and we have NO complaints. The staff and owners were AMAZING, never once was there any kind of issue and the room was super clean! The house keeper was so sweet and did an amazing and quick job every time. This hotel is where we will be staying every time we come back.

Cons:

Everything was perfect the whole stay!

Briefly......this owner will go out of business because mgt and owners are incompetent.
Pros:

Breakfast was done by an incompetent individual. There was no doubt that the owner hired the cheapest indian folks he could get. The food was so bad only the fresh fruit, milk etc was useable. The hotel had a terrible smell, which I assume was although renovated, they couldn't mask previous flooding and we were on second floor. They REFUSED to allow us to stay on first floor, when the hotel was only 20% full.

Cons:

Lastly, there was NO instruction to operate the TV. I had the person on desk come twice just to see anything. After she explained how it worked (satellite) I suggested she write down this brief tutor for other guests. She didn't and wasn't interested.
