Decent proximity to downtown Cleveland
Pros:

We were in town for one night and had some activities planned near downtown Cleveland. We didn’t want to actually stay in the downtown area and this was one of the best options outside of that. It’s about 30 minutes to get to the downtown area. It did seem slightly overpriced but it was nice. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. There was a nice free breakfast with lots of options. One big concern was the elevator. When we went to get in all the lights were out and they had remedied it with 2 green glow sticks on the floor. It slowly had more lighting options added as the morning went on like flashlights and lanterns but it still seemed kind of sketchy. The fact that they had glow sticks and lanterns on hand leads me to believe this might be a recurring issue so it makes me question the stability of the elevator as a whole. I was not a fan of the “spooky-vator”. Overall despite that it was a good stay and it fit our needs.

A great way to spend your day if you want to get some rest.
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff were patient and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was easy to access.

Cons:

The pool was closed. I usually go to the pool when I’m at a hotel. I didn’t quite expect it to be closed. I had to go to another location for the pool which is an inconvenience bc it’s very cold outside.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with clean, spacious accessible room, clean linens and comfortable beds. Hot water took a while to get to the 4th floor but stayed hot for the entire shower. Good water pressure and drainage. Indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room were all good size and clean. All the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Standard continental breakfast offered at most hotels. Plenty of free parking. Easy access to I-271 and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a movie theater in the Pinecrest Shopping Center across the street. Additional shopping centers are a short drive away. Cleveland Clinic is about a 9 mile/ 25 minute drive-- shortest direct route on secondary roads.

I enjoyed myself & will be back… the breakfast & the set up was great my kids made their own waffles… had a nice

I just think there should be a 10-15 minute cleaning every 4-5 hours in the jacuzzi… the bubbles be dirty from ppl not showering before getting in
