Pros:

El desayuno 10/10. Normalmente en estos hoteles de McAllen el desayuno es bastante básico y de no tan buena calidad. y este hotel sorprendió con la calidad de sus alimentos.

Cons:

Durante la noche del ultimo día, hubo un grupo de hombres en el estacionamiento, tomando y usando sustancias (yo los vi desde mi ventana) y no hubo seguridad del hotel que saliera a controlar.

Adequate and wish to only stay at 4 star hotels 😂
Pros:

The night check-in attendant was hospitable. He tried to resolve my issue with a stinky room.

Cons:

The hot tub was not hot. The pool was not the cleanest, and the rooms (I was going to change, but the second one was worse than the first) were sketchy.

Great stay, safe and close to the freeway
Pros:

We needed a room for 1 night. We found the property to be very clean, staff attentive and professional, everything was new and in great shape.

No es un hotel para descansar.
Pros:

La ubicacion,el baño y habitacion amplia.

Cons:

Ruido entre habitaciones se escucha arriba,a los lados quiero decir las paredes muy delgadas,el refrigerador de la habitación no servia,como es un hotel que admiten perros ,les falta higiene,en la puerta de nuestra habitación se hizo pipi un perrito ,lo reportamos y nunca fueron a limpiarlo,falta espacio para el restaurant es muy pequeño .

Muy recomendable , muy limpio y buena atención
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y muy buen sazón, la ubicación muy buena , llegue a mi destino en 5 minutos, el personal muy atento y servicial , las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables .
