Great breakfast!!
Wish it had a hot tub/ the pool was fairly small
Breakfast lady was an 11/10 fantastic! Bathroom was gross. Dried urine on toilet seat, hairs all over tub. They offered me 5000 points to my account. Luckily there is a Walmart close to but gloves and cleaning products!
It was close to where we were going every day.
The use of plastic and paper plates, it is a shame!
The hotel is very worn, towels and bedding is no longer white. It is grey with yellow spots on and very worn. It is easy to ask for new bedding etc, but everything is the same, very worn. Pillows also are full of lumps.-

Not much. The stay was nice. Only thing I can think of was the drop off area was littered with fallen leaves and the car park roof was occupied by the hotel transit van.

Great location, close to dining options and stores.
We stayed here in a suite for one night for a nearby wedding. Our room was very dreary, drab, and depressing. The rooms are in need of a spruce up (Brown walls, brown rugs, brown furniture). The air conditioner is loud and sounds like a jet engine. The room smelled like smoke when we arrived even though most hotels are non-smoking these days. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waffles. Don’t bother with the lousy lobby coffee since there’s a Starbucks across the street.
The ceiling above our beds was flaking off and falling down. There were some unidentified substances spread all over the wall near the desk and chair.
I loved breakfast!!! Healthy options for me but the kids wanted bacon! The 12-year-old complained that his mattress was too firm. I was very comfortable and had no complaints. Kudos to the staff - we had been to the air show and got caught in the rain. The kids' shoes were soaked. After getting my request translated, the staff was able to find a fan for us!!
Had requested to have sofa bed made up for use but that didn't happen :-) I had to find the staff and ask for it to be done.

Arrived Aug. 3rd for 1 night. Hotel was cheery and staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel had the same breakfast items that all Comfort Suites have, food was freshly defrosted and cooked food was kept hot.
Family reunion…the hotel was very nice. Parking was very pricey and inconvenient.
