Reported the booking.com that I was unhappy with my stay as I was told.The amenities were functioning and they were not functioning.The place showed pictures of a very nice establishment for the money.I paid and it was no better than going to a motel six I want a partial refund at minimum cause I am very disappointed
Arranged for us to be on first floor so we didn’t have to haul stuff up to second floor as there was no elevator
Location wasn’t best area. Furniture was worn and banged up. Need to be up dated. Breakfast was not great.
It was close to my grandchildren
It was a disgusting dirty place. I had to clean and wipe out all the dust from, I don’t know how many months of never been touched before my grandchildren and my great grandchildren could even come. The floor was so nasty it stunk the couch was totally stained and real nasty. The coach was so old the cushions just sunk in, and it was hard to even get out of at my age. The tile in the bathroom floor was all busted up in the grout was half missing. It was really a disappointing room for a suite.

Very hard for us older folks to navigate the steep stairs.
The owners were very friendly and very willing to fix any issues. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
The only complaint would be the breakfast room wasn't well stocked.
Breakfast was OK. The last day I was there they were out of eggs and sausage so I had to eat a waffle other than that it was decent nothing to ride home about, but it wasn’t a ghetto neither
