Pros:

Très bel accueil chaleureux, personnel avenant et à l'écoute. Chambre très confortable, côté Bay Garden Inn très calme. Bien situé.

Cons:

Manque de flyers pour savoir quoi faire et où manger.

Pros:

La proximité avec le commerce. La possibilité d’avoir des taxis à proximité pour vous permettre de vous déplacer dans l’île sans problème. Nous avons eu une merveilleuse réceptionniste.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une longue coupure d’eau à 2 reprises. C’est un gros problème dans l’établissement

Good alternative in Rodney Bay
Pros:

Quiet room with balcony and view over the pool. Several restaurants close by and walking distance to the beach.

Very pleasant stay. Beautiful location close to shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, especially the Sunday breakfast.Fantastic staff. I went with my mum and she was well looked after. The free shuttle between the sites. The tours. We took the “Tout Bagay” tour. Excellent!

Cons:

We stayed at the inn and I think it could do with a little tlc. The shower needed updating and the cold water pressure was poor. There was one day when the evening meal fell short of our expectations. Maybe the chef was having an off day?

Bon séjour.
Pros:

Hôtel à proximité de nombreuses commodités. Navette à disposition pour se rendre à la plage située près du resort. Bon petit-déjeuner. Piscine agréable. Bonne literie.

Adequate Accommodations for the Price
Pros:

The hotel grounds and pool area are very nice. The rooms were adequate, but could have used some updating. The bathroom was adequate but the water pressure was poor on the second level, even through we changed rooms. The bathrooms also could have used ventilation fans. The property and rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was included in our package and the servers were very attentive. We especially enjoyed Lee Ann Felix who was a regular server that we looked forward to having serve us. There was a variety of food choices for the breakfast, which was served at the Bay Gardens Hotel, next to the Bay Gardens Inn.

A free shuttle was available to take us to the other properties: the Bay Gardens Marina Haven and the Bay Gardens Beach Resort which was right on the water.

It was an average experience. The Inn is close to stores and restaurants.
Pros:

Breakfast was average, but staff were very attentive. The shuttle service between the hotels was useful. Good air conditioning in the rooms.

Cons:

Water pressure in rooms was not good. We changed rooms, but it deteriorated over time. Rooms were not updated. No fans in the bathroom. Not enough towel racks in the bathroom.
