Pros:

Arrived late in the day. Got to the hotel and no one was there. It looked abandoned. No one answered the phone so we couldn’t stay there. Had to get another hotel

Pros:

The property is on the South, and more rural side of the island. It’s about a 30 minute drive from downtown or the big fancy resorts. It’s very secluded and quiet which was a big plus for me and my partner. The beachside cantina and kitchen opens up in the afternoon and serves delicious food, the service is great. It’s about a 80ft walk from your room to the beach. If you want the fancy stuff this might not be for you. But if you like the idea of having a private beach apartment with a full service kitchen and cantina, this is worth checking out.

Pros:

The staff attention was excellent. At the moment of our visit the restaurant only offered food at evening, it is closed in the morning. There is no bar and the room are clean

Pros:

This property is bait and switch. There is no check in desk, the "front office" is a broken down vehicle, and the "villas" are shacks. The insects are larger than my cat. I'm not sure if they're considered pests or pets. This whole front is designed to lure unsuspecting travelers who don't know better and scare them away without a refund. How this property manages to be on Expedia escapes me.

Pros:

Staff was great...owner/manager not so much. No communication. Many of the items listed are not present or a gross overstatement. Food was really good at the one restaurant there

Pros:

Our taxi driver couldn’t find it and said that no taxi drivers can find it. It looked closed when we showed up. And we were the only guest that night. The property is in desperate need of upgrades. The only good thing about it was the nice gentleman who ran the restaurant/bar. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. And there was no place to check in because the office was closed and it was only 6:30 PM when we arrived.

Pros:

If you’re looking for over-priced cheeseburgers, crowded beaches, fancy overpriced accommodations w/ drunken tourists, and rude Karens fighting over a beach chair… this isn’t for you, go to Atlantis.
But, if you’re looking for a basic apartment style accommodation w/ a kitchenette, on a beautiful uninhabited beach, in a tranquil area right across from Stuart Cove dive shop this is the spot. The beach is nice & there’s some nice beach walking trails that connect to a little park.
It’s your average 3-Star Caribbean resort right on a quiet beach, nothing super fancy but clean & quiet. Rooms are clean ,decent little kitchens for cooking meals, nice balconies w/ ocean views attached to the rooms, & staff are fantastic. Restaurant on site. There’s a grocery & liquor store about 1/4 mile away but likely need a car.
Directly across from Stuart Cove dive shop.
It depends on what type of traveler you are?
Do you want all that super fancy overpriced excitement of Paradise island? Or you just want a clean quiet beachfront spot to do your own exploring?
If you wanna support locally owned small businesses instead of giant corporate machines, this is a good spot. The owners are accommodating, friendly, & helpful
Bahamas are extremely expensive & none of that money seems to get to locals.
This place is owned by a local family

Pros:

I stayed at this property because I was getting a dive certification across the street at Stuart’s Cove Dive Shop. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Good restaurant and bar on site. On the water with a very private beach and walking trails nearby.

Pros:

When we arrived we really thought it was a bad joke. Everything was terrible. Everything seemed improvised. The person in charge did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. We thanked her, but it was not enough.

Pros:

Coral Harbour Beach House and Villas is right on the beach and away from tourists. It is a tranquil area. While the beach is not necessarily private, we never had to share the beach with more than a handful of people (truly). Suppose you love waking up and being right on the beach, enjoying the view (the sun rises and sets in the ocean), silence, simple accommodations, kind people and homemade food you can wait for, walking 15 min to a grocery store, and perhaps meeting a couple of people who enjoy doing the same. In that case, this is the place for you. It is the Caribbean with Caribbean vibes and pace. Disconnect, slow down, and enjoy.
If you want quick customer service, luxury, being entertained and served, this is not the place for you.
If you enjoy scuba diving or snorkeling, it is across the street from Stuart Cove's.
Recommendation: rent a car to visit Jaws Beach, Love Beach, and other places on the Island. Bring something for breakfast and snacks. Bring a book or stare at the ocean all day.
Vanessa, the manager, is super kind and helpful. Edan, the restaurant's chef-manager, offers an exciting menu daily. He's an amazing person to talk to. Restaurant hours: 12 pm-8 pm.

Looking forward to the next time.

Pros:

This property is in disrepair and not well kept- broken locks on the doors, broken lights in the parking area, outlets that do not work, this place is in need of major renovation and cleaning. The listing shows breakfast served at 8am, this is not the case. When I called the manager about getting coffee, she dropped off some instant coffee with a few bottles of water- which we appreciated immensely. The cleanliness of the room was okay- but very dirty fans & no remote for the TV (the manager was able to find a remote after we called her). Air conditioner worked well and was nice. The photos on the website are no reflection of this property. Just be warned that when you arrive, the place appears closed down- the area that might have once been the office is closed, with the rental area looking in need of some sprucing up. The furniture and beds are old & not what you expect when seeing the advertising listing. The property is right on the water, with a small beach access, with some lounge chairs- but one kayak for rental and just overall dingy appearance. The dining area and bar are just off the beach- the listing says two bars- there is only one next to the dining area. The food was great! We had a rice and beans, curry chicken which was the best thing about the place. This property is also not close to any grocery or stores- you have to walk about .5 mile to the nearest place to buy water. If you stay here, you will need a car to take you to beaches that are beachier!
