We enjoyed the king with fireplace and hot tub.
The room was clean, comfy, spacious and stocked with towels! No complaints about the staff or the room.
I will not make this a negative, I LOVE hotel breakfast, usually, however, this stay, provided no variety, bland eggs and sausage patties, icky one option of waffle. No cereals, etc, minimal at best.
Other than breakfast, it was a great stay.
One of the best places I've stayed anywhere. I've been to over 50 countries n 27 states during my time in the military this exceeded all my expectations

The beds were hard :(
Spacious room size. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Couch gave us a nice added place to relax. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and the hallway was clean and bright

I like the size of the room in the area where it was located in West Ocean City
The top had dirty marks around the tub and the water wouldn’t stop running . I had to put a towel on the floor to feel safe that I wasn’t standing in filth and we found three tiny black bugs on the bed. I took pictures. Also, the breakfast was nasty. With cereal was the most empty. There was no fruit. Only thing I could eat was the toast.
The beds are always comfortable and the staff at the front desk are always friendly & very helpful

So, the stay was good, room clean.
However, I left our three jackets (expensive/irreplaceable items) completely by mistake in the closet. When I called to advise that I had left them behind, I was advised that housekeeping never turned them in, and nothing matched their description in the lost/found. While I take responsibility for accidently leaving my items, it's frustrating that humans are so disappointing, and kept my things, instead of giving me an opportunity to retrieve them. In addition, the person on the phone explaining the items weren't there, was unconcerned with the fact that they were "stolen," which they were- since they were never placed in lost and found. First, there has to be a record of who cleaned the room that day, and I had given a self-reported description, as she was entering the room when I exited. Again, decent place- def worth the $80 a night during the off-season, but my things were kept, one of which belonged to my mother, the other a gift to my husband. So So disappointing:(((
