It was a very nice place to go for a quick get a way and the pool just topped it off and made it wonderful.
Pros:

The property was very clean and staff were attentive.

Cons:

The cleaning can use a little bit more effort, the jacuzzi wasn’t as clean and the beds.

This hotel is dirty, smell like pets, and in need of maintenance. I would never stay here AGAIN!
Pros:

Just the location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

Cons:

This facility was extremely dirty. To make matters worse, pets are allowed on all floors, and our room smelled like animals the moment we walked in. The bathroom had a ring around the tub, and practically every area was either filthy or in desperate need of maintenance as soon as you enter the hotel sliding doors and throughout

To top it off, my son had an asthma attack due to the pet dander throughout the hotel. My allergies also flared up after staying in the room overnight. The pool was taken over by a single family, and we never saw anyone check the water or chlorine levels. The "game room" is also not really a game room, so don't expect a bonus amenity for your kids. I would never stay here again.

Pros:

Really admire and appreciate the humanity of the staff starting with management. Received a phone call while on my stay of a death in the family. Explain to them the situation no questions ask was only charge for the time I was there and refunded the days I had to leave early. That goes a long way. A1+ on my book.

Pros:

Hotel over all was dirty, amenities not working or partially working, I.e. gym and pool. House keeping was non existent except for one day during a week trip, and when they came they just threw towels on the sink. No beds made no bathroom cleaned. Horrible hotel

Worst hotel in Ocean City
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Room wasn't fully cleaned...still food left in fridge. Had to go to desk for bedding for sofa, toilet paper and fresh towels daily....was harassed my teenagers all night long running in the halls, knocking on all doors and screaming. Staff simply said they would handle it and did nothing. This hotel allowed sports teams to run the place during my staff and harass and name call myself and my children. Would never stay again.
