Garbage, would be a word I'd use to describe the stay
Pros:

I thought it was a very good location.. central to everything. Room keys opened on the first try every time.

Cons:

we got to our SUITE... and it was obvious someone had stayed there for longer than a month... no smell. but nothing worked... Toilet, phone, AC, TV, Microwave... (ok.. i concede, the fridge was cold).. telling this to the staff after being there for 2 hours, theyre response was less than chagrin to help us... and although it wasnt said, they wanted to be rid of us... they gave us ANOTHER room just downstairs. Manager refused our refund and later staff pretended to not know our reservation or anyhting about us being there. Then Manage was absent the following 3 days and every employee I spoke with said, there is no mamneger and they wont be in tomorrow ..

We were extremely pleased with the condition and cleanliness. Price was a bit high
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, remodeled and up to date and the rooms were very clean. The pool was large and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to the usual quality of other Comfort suites we have stayed at. The selection was not as nice and there weren't as many choices. The food that was available was good. The coffee was excellent.

For a last minute booking during the last weekend of the beach season, we got a great deal.
Pros:

Pool was nice for the kids, a/c worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two night stay for family of five we were comfortable during our stay

Cons:

Pull out sofa was bent so it was constantly tilted upward on one end. Breakfast was cold but the waffles were good. Shower pressure was very low

Pros:

I liked they moved us from a musky smelly room, to one that smelled good.

Cons:

After a hard season it was hard for maintenance and landscaping crews to catch up. Front desk personnel could have been a little more welcoming.

Almost good.
Pros:

Very close and convenient to stay here.

Cons:

The staff from the kitchen, this old black lady was disrespectful of the guests. So, my husband was just checking if someone was using the waffle maker. She kept on shouting that he should be waiting until no one is using it. He told her that he was just checking it. The guest who using it was so apologetic to him and understand him because he knows it shouldn’t be that a big deal. But this lady was keep on pushing and she even went to our table. She is unbelievable. This is the kind of employee that ruin your business , again this is a hospitality business please remind her.

Okay stay, but great location.
Pros:

The proximity to the beach. The drive was super short. Staff was great!

Cons:

There was an off smell in the rooms. Not in the common areas, only in the rooms. It smelled damp and of mildew. The room was spacious. Also, one of the beds in our room had a protruding steel beam. I cut my leg on it. Not many breakfast items to choose from which is not common for Choice hotels. Aside from the breakfast, we did not use the other amenities like the pool or the gym. The overall stay was good and the room served its purpose.
