Rooms were filthy. Upon first walking into my room. Hair strands on the floor still. Dirt on the bathroom floor. Stained cushions. Ants in the room. Gap in the room door. Mold and rust in the bathroom. I told the front desk person and he tried to change my room. The new room had water on the bathroom floor still. Worst hotel I have ever seen. First time ever I walked out of a hotel. I booked another hotel close by.

The hotel was at a good location and was reasonably priced. The wifi worked well. However it was not the cleanest. One main issue was the safe was not working when we arrived, it would not open and needed to be opened by a master key. We immediately asked for it to be fixed or brought another since it was not fastened to the shelf. They kept telling us that it would be opened soon, but after 3 days at the hotel it was not done.
Also we did not pay ahead of time for the breakfast. We checked it out the first morning and it certainly was not worth the price they wanted. So check it out yourselves when arriving and make the choice yourself, but you will be disappointed.
The mattress wos comfortable and the water pressure at the shower was also good. The street of the hotel is a dead end one, therefore it was quite quiet.
EVERY day there was housekeeping coming and knocking the door at 8am..! there was no door sign to stop them doing that. When there was a power cut one day and I had to use the emergency stairs for the whole day it was like fighting for life, they left dirty carpets, rubbish, boxes on the narrow staircase and the staff, even after i spoke with them twice, did nothing about it.

The bed is super comfortable. The Vin bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance. The night market is 15 minutes walking distance. The beach is 3 minutes walking distance.
The staff didn't speak English. They used Google translate on the phone. When we went to eat breakfast at 8:00 am, the floor of the dining space was dirty, but they didn't clean. The staff were eating their breakfast. I liked the hotel better when we stayed there 3.5 years ago. There was no safety box in the room even if we see it in the description of the hotel. When I pointed out about it, the staff said there was no need to worry as they are safe and secured. It was there last time we stayed. The staff spoke English before and were supportive at that time. Those staff were gone now

Good central location quiet everything nearby

The breakfast has a good variety and it is tasty.
Our room was meant to be a superior double, it was tiny, cramped, dark and stuffy. We were right next to the lift so could hear that ringing all night. The fridge was also very loud. The staff gave us mixed information and in the end were not the most helpful and prioritise making money over guest well being. There are better hotels in the area for the same price!
