とても良かったです。
Pros:

新しいのか、室内がとにかく綺麗だった。
スタッフさんも親切でした。
行き方に慣れれば、地下道を通って行けるので、それも良かったです。

Cons:

自然換気がしたいので、窓が開かない（開け方が分からなかった）のは残念でした。
初めての利用だから仕方ないと思うけど、場所が分かりにくかった。
お風呂がもう少し大きかったら良かった。
ただ、どれも全部許容範囲で、とても気になったというものではないです。

Pros:

Very clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room did not have any temperature control and, at least for me, was uncomfortably warm the entire time. The windows (at least on the higher floors) also don't open, so I had no way to cool down the room.

Good location but room far too hot for a comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a good position for Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. Most of the staff were very good, particularly the cleaning staff/ housekeeping. The convenience store in the basement was also a bonus

Cons:

Our room was like a sauna. A clock in the room had a temperature display reading 27C. The first staff member we asked at reception was a rather brusque gentleman who told us the air con was automatic. There was a switch in the room that said air c so we switched that to high. It did nothing for the temperature. The next morning a lady at reception was very apologetic, told us there was no thermostat. She told us to turn the air flow down and gave us a fan for the room which helped a little. Our stay was in January so I dread to think what the temperature would be like in the summer.
There was also a high step up into the bathroom which was a bit lethal at night

もぅ少し安かったら最高⭐︎5つですっ！
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧でした。
チェックアウトした朝は雨でしたが、高速神戸駅と地下で連絡している為傘を使わずに移動出来て便利な立地にあるので又利用したいと思いました。

施設のよく無いところは無し

Pros:

La calidad del establecimiento es muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de la estación del JR, el paisaje bonito que se ve desde mi habitación, hay supermercado de 24h justo debajo del hotel, otro más grande cerca del hotel. Tienen lavandería de autoservicio de 24h y se puede controlar desde el monitor de la TV de tu habitación si hay máquinas libres o tu colada ya está lista. También hay microondas en zonas comunes en algunos pisos. Fue muy práctico.

Pros:

朝食が美味しかった😋
荷物預かりが助かった😊
チェックアウトの時間にゆとりがあるので、時間に追われる事なく、自分のペースで退室できた👍
駅近なので、何処に行くにも徒歩圏内だったし、鉄道利用するにしても、交通のアクセスは最高に良かった😆

Cons:

冷房の温度調節が出来なかった(強弱しか自分で調整できなかった)のが気になった。
パジャマ代わりのガウンの生地が厚かったので、暑いし、ゴワゴワ感があり、寝づらかった。
