就在高速神戶站隔壁，樓下是711，旁邊是life超市，地下街有全家，走路3分鐘有lawson!機能超棒！走路10分鐘可以到hubor land港區！

Convenient location
Pros:

The hotels B1 elevator level takes you straight into the underground shopping arcade connecting several train stations. Super convenient especially for avoiding nasty weather. Theres a direct door to a 7-11 on the first floor of the hotel, and a family mart immediately outside the door to the arcade on B1.

房間乾淨整潔，基本盥洗用品已經放在房內。
Pros:

房間乾淨，樓下就有一間7-11，臨時需要購買必需品完全不緊張（因為忘記帶髮品，直接衝去買），另外設有獨立吸菸室在2樓大廳櫃檯正後方。

Cons:

經常需要跑二樓吸煙室，整棟飯店只有兩台客用電梯運作，有時候電梯等候時間太長。

お得感がある宿
Pros:

初めて泊まった宿ですが、とても綺麗で、居心地の良い部屋でした。

すごく静かでよかったです。

Cons:

スタッフさんによって対応が様々でした。

チェックインした際のスタッフさんの対応があまり良くなかったです。

Very Convenient
Pros:

I loved the location. It is a blessing not to have to walk outside during the hot summer. The location is great because it is literally attached to the train station. The hotel has everything you need. Microwaves, vending machines, and laundromats are on multiple floors. There is a very convenient space to store your bags in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was good; they allow you to take coffee to your rooms.

Cons:

One thing you must be aware of is that the rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can literally hear the TV in every room. When I walked past the rooms on my way to the elevator, I could hear everything going on, even toilets flushing. Because of that, I was mindful of the volume of the TV, etc. I would still stay again, though.
