設備、環境が良かった。
Pros:

駅近、コンビニが近い。

Cons:

受付に2人いましたが、前の客の対応で長く待たされた。チェックインは、機械でできることを知らなかったが、
「こちらでチェックインして下さい」と案内すればいいだけなのにと、不満だった。

Pros:

接待人員是和藹的老人家～很親切
不過早餐一個人一天是2200日圓
比訂房網站上貴很多建議先購買～～
我住單人房可以把30吋的行李箱打開完全
每天可以請房務人員打掃，每天送一瓶水！
整體算是簡單乾淨～～沒有跟照片差太多
地點是在高速神戶12號出口，有電梯直達
不過有時間限制似乎是0700-2200左右開放
其他時間可以到對面14出口也有電梯可以坐
高速神戶站跟JR神戶的地下道是相通的
甚至可以通道umie 購物城（購物超方便⋯）
因為沒有太多人來神戶所以多說一些
希望在找房的台灣旅客可以參考一下ㄡ！

Cons:

房間沒有像其他評論說的昏暗
但確實隔音沒有太好～～櫃檯有耳塞可拿
另外備品像拖鞋、毛巾、牙刷、梳子都有

Didn’t sleep
Pros:

Bed was comfy, good location

Cons:

Can’t adjust the aircon temperature and can’t open windows, co couldnt sleep because room was too hot and stuffy.

地理位置不错，交通方便，边上还有life超市，房间虽小，五脏俱全，部分楼层还有微波炉。

Cons:

酒店设施稍微老一点，空调只能调冷热，不能调节温度和风力大小。
