Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville

This hotel was beautiful and the stay was lovely. My room was clean and the service was wonderful. From the helpful front desk staff to the amazing reception and breakfast. Can’t wait to stay at this property again!

This hotel is very clean. I love how everyone is respectful and polite. The hotel is so quiet. The food is also very good. The room so spacious.love the location it’s close to shopping.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend, and everything from start to finish was amazing. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff made us feel welcomed right away. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone, and the pool was definitely a family favorite — clean, relaxing, and a great way to enjoy our time together.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff was great and very friendly. The room was very clean. The view if you have a lake side view is awesome.
Also i had tons of packages and they handled all of them for me in a professional way, they even have a sheet to tell who got which package and how many. I would like specifically to thank Emily Mendoza, she was the best and even emailed me whenever i got a new package she was simply fantastic.

It has been a great experience since coming here after my house caught fire. I have been here 2 months now and haven’t had a bad experience with any of the people working here. The GM Jared and HM Emily are always ready with a smile and a how are you. The Front desk with Don, Vivian, Alma, and Scott are always ready to help and chat for a bit. Housekeepers like Maria and Esther and who clean my room and the others that I pass like Levron are always a sunny moment in my day and take care of me with excellence. Maintenance, Jemel , Andres, take care of their sphere with the same warmth that I have come to expect from everyone who works here. Definitely check out the pool and hot tub while you stay and borrow a basket ball to shoot hoops on their court. I hope that I never have another fire but if I do, this where I would want to make my temporary home.

Clean room and Family Friendly

I truly enjoyed my stay! I check in on a Wednesday night and the hotel had a social hour which offered guest complimentary beer, wine, salad bar and entree. The staff was truly accommodating and very knowledgeable on the area. I will be back again!!!

Property was quiet, clean, and friendly. However you definitely want to replace the mattress and pillows. It felt like laying on a wood plank with a ziploc bag with jello as a pillow. Breakfast was decent but if youre staying for more than a night, go buy pillows and a mattress topper.

My daughter and I checked in on a Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning we went down for breakfast and in the hallway just across from the elevator doors there was some kitty litter on the ground on the carpet and the tile in front of the elevators. We left on Sunday afternoon and the kitty litter was still there the whole time.

Pool and hot tub were great nobody around that area! It was not quiet at night people running up and down halls, hollering. When we first arrived you could smell smoke as you walked down the hall to our room. We complained and the staff resolved that problem. We were upgraded to a different room for some reason but it was not an upgrade to us the room I reserved had a shower for our convenience and the room they upgraded us to had a tub. We are impartial to how we feel about stay some good some bad but I would recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel is awful on a number of levels. I will never go back and I am strongly considering cancelling my Hilton Honors membership because of my experience at this hotel. Out of frustration with the situation, I aggressively complained to the front desk attendant about the sofa bed in our room. It was nothing but springs and bars and was basically unusable. My frustration was high as I specifically requested a comfortable sofa bed when I reserved and when I arrived. Instead of assisting me, the front desk attendant immediately cancelled my three-day stay for the holiday weekend. She would not allow me to speak with a manager and when I emailed him, he supported his employee’s action without speaking directly to me or my family. I have never been treated so poorly in many years of traveling. Avoid this hotel but if you must reserve it, do not complain and do not get a room with a sofa bed!

Cuando me unstable en la habiatacion había cabellos y suicedad en el refrigerador, en la cama entre las sábanas había migajas y cabello también, se lo hicimos saber la recepción y nos dijeron que no había personal de limpieza para cambiar las sábanas y solo nos enviaron una. En el desayuno cuando se acababa algo como el queso crema o la mezcla para hacer waffles no nos dieron más, ignoraron la petición.

It was very peaceful until the second day of the other guest were loud and obnoxious but I’m not putting it against the hotel and staff, it won’t prevent me from attending again just wanted to inform

I’ve been a long time loyal Hilton customer for years but this last stay has made me finally considered discontinuing my use of the Hilton brand. The staff was friendly but the accommodations were not great. The room was dirty, outdated, and not worth the price. Stained and dirty mattress, holes in the bedding, scuff marks all over the walls, stained towels, hair on the toilet and in the shower, etc. the pictures drive the point home. The appearance of the room left us questioning how clean the hotel actually was and we were very uncomfortable in the room. I would not stay here.
