Floor tiles are coming up. Looks like there was some water damage on the walls that were not properly repaired
Pros:

1st floor, king bed.

Cons:

The rooms are aging and repairs are needed. Breakfast should start at 6am

The hotel itself was kinda dirty and cheap looking. The pool was dirty and didn’t seem up to date.

Room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool

Cons:

We checked in and spent the evening at the pool and then had a late dinner. Once we settled in and fell asleep, we realized how hot the room was. The air did not seem to be working properly. Upon check out I mentioned it and was told "yeah they need to replace the air in there, sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesn't work." Upset that we were put in that room while they knew that.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The room and facilities were clean.

Cons:

The condition of the property was questionable. We were on the first floor and our window was cracked. It had some kind of repair, but still didn’t feel as secure as I would have liked. The bathtub was deglazed and looked pretty janky. I would think that an updated hotel would be better than that, even at a less expensive price point. We were also right down the hall from the pool and could hear children and adults in the pool and hallway. We just didn’t have a restful stay and I was disappointed.
