The housekeeping staff were very friendly especially when you have children up and down halls. And getting to many towels. They had lost of patients. Thank you housekeeping staff.
OML breakfast was terrible, the staff for the breakfast were not friendly at all. No fruit, 👎 no plastic knives. Coffee area was not clean at all, and coffee was cold. Especially for breakfast. No pride in there jobs. Terrible terrible 😢 some pantry were old with mold, no one checked.

There was a man that was knocking on people's doors asking for money at 1 am!! When we called the front desk to tell them they didn't care and let him stay.
Nothing at all.
I was in town for a surgery. After booking I was out in room 319. The room was dirty and wasn’t mad. I asked for a different room since I was tired and didn’t want to do another booking else where. They changed my room from 319 to 210. And again, the same thing. The room was dirty and wasn’t made. Someone had just checked out of the room. I asked the staff is there a reason the rooms are dirty? She didn’t respond. I asked for a refund and the told I had to call booking. I did that and went somewhere else. Terrible place, terrible staff, and terrible house keeping.
Good location
Staff was extremely rude!! Breakfast time was 6:30 am. Got to the lobby for an early morning to grab and go but at 6:18 the staff was insistent that “breakfast is at 630”!!! And wouldn’t let me get even fruit or a muffin!!!! I’ll never stay again.
Absolutely nothing
Staff was rude. The pool was dirty. They charged me for an extra day and refused to allow me to stay there. Do not recommend this a loft.

I have stayed here a couple times and have enjoyed that their pool is indoors and open. I like how close it is to the mall and main roads.

We loved the indoor pool, how kind the staff was. The friendliest staff so much so people were always out and actually using the general area.

Dog friendly but now they charge $25 extra for nothing. Large room. No carpeting, which we like for the sake of our dogs.
Check in was supposed to be seemless yet despite saying we had dogs online they initially wanted to put us on the 3rd floor. We booked over a month earlier. They changed it to the last room on the first floor which was not worth the price. It was noisy, near the pool and not clean. the tub needed resurfacing and the bath needed paint. The room was bear bones with what seemed like a paper coverlet. The TV was hanging down off the wall hinges. (which they fixed fairly quickly) Just because we have dogs doesn't mean put us inthe worst room. The next morning a staffer parked her car under the covered area, blocking guests from part of it despite heavy rain and being asked to move it. Honestly couldn't wait to leave. I might not have been so upset if the price hadn't been over $200. Should have been half for what you get.
We booked the Presidential Suite. It wasn't anything special for the price and the pictures are misleading. Room says sleeps 3 but it really sleeps 2, because there is no way a grown adult could sleep on a little side couch. You are really paying for a outdated " whirlpool". The room has no amenities besides the whirlpool and multiple tables for no reason. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend friends and family to stay here. Also suspicious people in cars in the hotel parking lot for hours. Was highly disappointed for how much I paid for a Presidential Suite.
Room was nice. Errors by staff made us not so happy. Door was ajar when we returned, front desk staff oblivious to marijuana smell, was told not to turn a light on in the lobby so we could be seated comfortably to enjoy a card game.
