Nice room bad experience due to other guest.
Pros:

Room was nice!

Cons:

Guest in lobby till around 11:30 being loud and drunk yelling and being obnoxious! Called front desk multiple times. Won’t be staying again. Walls are thin and huge gap between door and floor allowed in noises.

WITH ZEE MY STAY WAS EXCELLENT. HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, NO PROBLEMS.
Pros:

ZEE BEHIND THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING. THE OTHER MEN DID NOT KNOW HOW TO KEY THE KEY CODE RIGHT, ZEE SHOWED THEM. I WATCHED ZEE HELP THE OTHERS AT THE FRONT DESK. HE IS VERY PROFESSINAL AND OVER ALL EXCELLENT.

Cons:

WHILE ZEE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, THE OTHER TWO GENTLEMAN SEEMED LOST.
I WAS ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE ZEE HE MADE EVERYTHING EASY AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE.

Fantastic hotel, and management, would stay here again.
Pros:

Very simple to navigate and access, ample and open parking, easy to unload vehicle to room. The manager at the front desk was fantastic, he was friendly and had a lot of suggestions of different places that we could go unwind and walk in the area after we checked in. Pet friendly, $25 per night. Lots of beautiful parks and gardens in the area to walk your fur baby. The room was beautiful and super clean upon arrival.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Enjoyed the location but the smell of the room very strange and the bathroom was very dirty.
Pros:

Location was awesome right by plenty of shops and restaurants!

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean! The shower was dirty and a ton of bad patch work in the bathroom looked really bad with just paint over old water damage! Seemed like it was getting remodeled and when they go to the shower and walls of the bathroom they changed their mind and left it from the previous years.

Expected a better cleaner stay - do not recommend
Pros:

The location was not as convenient as we had thought. It was a longer distance and we mistakenly went to the other north location first which is newer and nicer.

Cons:

We are La Quinta frequent guests because of our dogs. This location did not meet our expectations. The grounds are not well kept. Dog poop galore and no designated pet area. Booking.com site says pets stay free but they wanted to charge $25. I showed a screen shot and avoided the fee. The hallways, back stairway, and elevators are dirty. The stairs smell like cigarettes because they placed a smoking chair and ashtray right outside the doorway. The decor is outdated and worn. The soundproofing is not good - our neighbors had kids that were up making noise in the hallway and outside their/our room until past midnight. Our internet did not work so we could not watch a movie. We were already in ged and too tired to call down for assistance. The room itself appeared clean and beds were comfortable but had skimpy very lightweight bedding. We did not do the breakfast because of all the kids.
