Terrible Stay At Hotel Chitra
Pros:

WOW, what a hotel, where dog was sleeping on a chair in the reception area, where me and my family were greeted by saying you could not stay with 3 person because you booked for 2 adult, guess who was the third person, was my 10 year old daughter, where I was alloted non-AC room where it clearly showed the AC room was booked, where the room was only one hand away from the reception desk and i requested to change the room because i anticipatd there will be disturbance at night, but still they did not cooperate and whole night I could not sleep because phone ringing in the reception area and no one was there to attend the phone and other noises of peple coming and going and talking in loud voice as usual in the reception area. Room was not clean. Ceiling fan has thick dust on every blade. No COVID hygiene was maintained.
