Relaxing, peaceful and very cool (in a zen way)
Pros:

Central, easy access to main city center. It also near the Manchester Art Gallery.

This is the most relaxing room I’ve stayed in a while. It was worth the upgrade. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Breakfast was good but it could have been epic.

As above. Rooms basic but clean. Sound and privacy issues. Did not pay for breakfast.

Room very clean, bed comfy. Good location.

Cons:

Small TV. Offices opposite could look into the room, so lack of privacy. Thin walls could hear neighbours in the shower, etc. no stairs only lifts up to floors. Stairs down to the toilet from ground floor were disgusting. I know it was meant to look industrial, but filthy and grotty. No umbrellas to offer guests.

perfect- no hotel compares and i refuse to stay anywhere else in manchester
Pros:

the location is perfect
all hotspots really close by and everything you need is at the hotel. The bar is open until early hours, which is perfect for if you just want a little drink before going to bed. The rooms are amazing. The only thing I’d say is because the pipes are exposed, you can hear them, but that wasn’t an issue for me as I’m an easy sleeper

Cons:

Curtains fell down within minutes. Offered a new room but declined as didn't want to cause a fuss. Came home from a work function - pipes were going at 1am in the morning - impossible to sleep. A disgrace in design and will never sleep here again.

Disappointing- have stayed a few times and each time it feels a much more average experience -

Cons:

Quite basic small double room - poor quality towels
Lack of service at breakfast - hardly any staff around - had to collect own breakfast from kitchen service hatch. Breakfast dry goods, cereals, juices, fruit noticeably fewer options and poorer quality than on previous stays
