Nice location for sunset & away from the busy tourist streets
Pros:

The pool & gardens are lovely. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The adjoining door was paper thin & you can hear your neighbours conversation.
Breakfast is hectic with the coach trips.

Un hôtel moderne, propre et bien décoré
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme de la ville de Sorrente (15 minutes à pied environ du centre ville et de la gare de train). Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et ressemblent aux photos du sites. Les lits sont très confortables. Les équipements sont également très modernes (éclairage/volet/climatisation). Les produits de cosmétiques dans la salle de bain sont top. Le personnel est très souriant, très aimable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est varié et riche. Nous nous sommes très bien senties pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée qui était un peu bruyante (mur/porte fine) (je recommande des étages plus élevés pour être éloigné du bruit lors du petit déjeuner et des dîners tardifs des groupes).

Cons:

The hamburger at the pool bar was raw and sloggy.
Overpriced.
Too much smell of perfume on the bedlinnen.

And compared to the pictures, you could not sit out in the garden for breakfast.!

Pros:

very friendly and helpful stuff, clean beautiful hotel, everything new, full room cleaning everyday (which I don't see at many hotels nowadays)
excellent breakfast and perfect coffee selection on the breakfast
location is good, in a nice area, only you need to be aware that a small distance on the way to the center you need to walk on the street, which is common in the narrow streets of Sorrento
I would definitely recommend it

Pros:

Muito bom café da manhã. Não era uma fartura de opções mas o suficiente para atender as diversas demandas. O quarto do hotel era excelente; espaçoso, limpo, o chuveiro separado do banheiro.

Cons:

Minha única ressalva é com respeito a falta de bar. Acho agradável depois do passeio, dar uma relaxada para tomar uma cerveja. O espaço que existe é o mesmo aonde é serviço o café da manhã.

Het verblijf zou ik aanbevelen, het eten minder.
Pros:

Centrale ligging, de hotelkamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf!

Cons:

Het eten: dit viel ronduit tegen…. Het eten had helaas weinig smaak met een zeer simpele presentatie. Dit overigens aangegeven bij het bedienend personeel waarna de manager te velde het personeel hierop aansprak (in het restaurant!) dit was helaas een ongemakkelijke ervaring. Richting ons is er helaas geen actie ondernomen, dit had wat ons betreft veel beter gekund.

Great breakfast, Lovely staff, modern rooms, great location, nice pool area.

Cons:

confusing make my room / do not disturb buttons on rooms, ran out of toilet roll twice, had to ask for more. Cold swimming pool in April, food was supposed to be served until 10.30 at night but this wasn't the case when I ordered. Beach not available / accessible.
