Agréable hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et souriant.
La chambre est très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
L’hôtel a une politique 0 plastique, des fontaines à eau froide ou chaude sont à disposition.

Cons:

La chambre est mal insonorisée peut être parce qu’il s’agit d’une chambre communicante. Nous étendions les conversations de nos voisins.

Could do with some tweaks but great location
Pros:

Really clean modern hotel in a fab location and access to beautiful gardens. Out of season so gardens just being prepared, pool closed and hotel only just opened for the season

Cons:

The acoustics. Very difficult to sleep because everything echoes. We could even hear the next door guests blowing their noses it was so loud. Also rooms not well laid out so nowhere to put toiletries or do makeup easily without it falling into sink

I chose this location so that I could explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast after cruising the Mediterranean and before
Pros:

I have stayed in a few places over the last couple of weeks and this one ranks very highly. A lovely accommodation! The sensor touch control panel took some getting used to, the personalised welcome on the TV was a lovely touch, the self serve filtered water system on each floor was a great idea, the breakfast was plentiful and having an all day dining menu available was great for when you wanted a meal in. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I’d recommend staying here even though it’s on the outskirts of town. It’s easily walkable (about a km from the station) though with luggage over the uneven roadway it’s not a gentle stroll. (My only slight negative.) I would like to visit again in the warmer months to make use of the pool.

Cons:

This is an idea for a small improvement. I found the floor of the room to be quite cold due to the structural material being polished concrete. A small suggestion would be to offer guests slip on footwear for use inside. You may not need the heating on in the room, but the floor is quite cold.

Ottimo Hotel
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi), ottimo servizio, ottima colazione, vista sul parco dell'hotel, tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale molto gentile.

Very nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Room was lovely except when it rained if we had anything on the balcony it was saturated as no roof over the balcony.
The walk to Sorrento town when weather was fine.
The guided tour with a very qualified

Cons:

Taxi costs if weather was poor. Was a bit of a surprise.
The older chap who worked on the railstation where we were stranded at midnight on our arrival having no idea how to get to hotel. Taxis were non existent at that spot. Our hotel reception finally came to our aid with a very polite employee collecting us at the station.
I feel hotel really needs to have a dedicated shuttle for guests.
