Pros:

Clean, lovely breakfast, very helpful staff, lovely pool

Distance to walk to centre but it was only about 20 minute walk

Hôtel sympa dans le beau parc de Parco Dei Principi. Chambre agréable. Literie confortable

Cons:

Intitulé « Lifestyle Hôtel » : on cherche encore ce que cela veut dire. Pas de recharge électrique … il faudrait s’y mettre ! Dommage que l’accès à la piscine et à la plage du Parco Di Principi ne soit pas possible en dehors des jours où la piscine est fermée à l’hotel So’.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

It was very clean and modern. The pool was lovely, we got fresh towels daily. The a/c was excellent. They provided re useable water bottles and filling points

كانت إقامتنا رائعة في هذا الفندق. الفندق جميل جدًا ونظيف، وأنصح بالسكن فيه بكل تأكيد. المسبح جميل، كما أن بإمكان النزلاء استخدام المسبح الموجود في الفندق المجاور، وهو أكبر وأفضل، مما أضاف ميزة رائعة للإقامة.

الموظفون كانوا في غاية الاحترافية والود، وكانت خدمتهم ممتازة طوال فترة إقامتنا. وأود أن أشيد بشكل خاص بكل من Antonino، Luigi، Martina، وRossella على حسن استقبالهم واهتمامهم ومساعدتهم المستمرة، فقد جعلوا تجربتنا أكثر راحة وتميزًا. كانوا جميعًا ودودين للغاية ويقدمون خدمة احترافية تستحق الشكر والتقدير.

العيب الوحيد هو أن الفندق يبعد عن السنتر حوالي 19 دقيقة مشيًا، لكن تتوفر سيارات التاكسي بسهولة من الفندق، لذلك لم يكن الأمر مشكلة كبيرة.

بشكل عام، من أفضل الفنادق التي أنصح بالإقامة فيها، وسأعود إليه مرة أخرى بكل سرور.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and I highly recommend staying here. The swimming pool is great, and guests also have access to the pool at the neighboring sister hotel, which is even bigger and better, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Antonino, Luigi, Martina, and Rossella for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. They truly made our stay comfortable and memorable, and their professionalism and warm welcome deserve special recognition.

The only downside is that the hotel is about a 19-minute walk from the town center. However, taxis are readily available at the hotel, so getting around is very convenient.

Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would be happy to stay here again.

Śniadania mało różnorodne, mały wybór owoców jak na możliwości południa. Hotel oddalony od centrum miasta, dojście zajmuje 30 min, co dla jednych może być wadą, a dla innych zaletą.

Tranquil, relaxed hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Absolutely loved the pool. It was so beautiful, surrounded by trees and a gorgeous atmosphere. Such friendly staff and a great location.

Dobrze położony, nowoczesny obiekt, bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy personel. Pokoje duże i czyste, otoczenie czyste, piękny ogród i parking (odpłatny ale jest). Łóżko wygodne, bardzo przyzwioty materac, dobra pościel. Gniazdka przy łóżku. Schludnie i spokojnie, bez nadęcia. Śniadanie kontynentalne, dobre, produkty świeże, urozmaicenie średnie (powtarzalne każdego dnia), duży wybór ciast i słodkości jak na włoskie śniadanie przystało. Ostatecznie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie ale przy dłuższym pobycie może być monotonnie.

Cons:

Niedociągnięcia w pokoju (drzwi do łazienki nie mają zamka, poza tym słabo się domykają). Przy oknie zwiza swobodnie jakaś kostka elektryczna (może jakiś czujnik?, który powinien być chyba zabezpieczony), co przeszkadza w swobodnym otwarciu/zamknięciu okna. Szafa nieprzemyślana, brak jakichkolwiek półek, chociaż są wieszaki 🙂, podobnie w łazience, pomimo, że jest duża brak miejsca na podstawowe kosmetyki. Dość głośno, słychać rozmowy w sąsiednim pokoju i gości ponad nami. Jak na 4 gwiazdki komfort powinien być jednak nieco większy, chyba że hotel celowo nie chce zachęcać do dłuższych pobytów. Poza tym w porządku.
