Pros:

Sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Nahe der Zug-Station S. Agnello.

Cons:

Distanz zum Zentrum Sorrent und Hafen 20-30 Gehminuten und damit ok, aber nicht ideal.

Great location with wonderful amenities
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, clean and had easy parking. The staff was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The room is mostly controlled by touch panel which was far easier than trying to figure out which switch controls what.

It is a bit outside of the city center but an easy walk and very safe (this also made it really quiet at night to recover from full days).

Hotel estupendo a las afueras del centro
Pros:

El hotel está genial y la habitación muy grande y moderna.
Lo mejor el desayuno!! Se valoran los productos de calidad.

Cons:

No está bien señalizado el parking porque hay que entrar como si entraras por la puerta de otro hotel.
La puerta de peatones solo funciona con la tarjeta de la habitación y no tiene un telefonillo ni nada. En nuestro caso no funcionó la tarjeta y tuvimos que bordear el hotel para entrar por el parking. Deberían de incluir un telefonillo!!!
Está alejado del centro, 20 minutos andando.

Possibilità di rifornire le bottiglie d acqua ai distributori! Buona la colazione e ci sono stata fuori stagione.

Cons:

Pochi posti per il parcheggio che tra l'altro è a pagamento, so che in penisola è così ma onestamente non condivido farlo pagare. Letto piccolo per i miei gusti. Non fanno servizio in camera, non ho capito se solo in questo periodo o anche in quelli più vividi, questa cosa non la gradisco :)

Agréable hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et souriant.
La chambre est très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
L’hôtel a une politique 0 plastique, des fontaines à eau froide ou chaude sont à disposition.

Cons:

La chambre est mal insonorisée peut être parce qu’il s’agit d’une chambre communicante. Nous étendions les conversations de nos voisins.

Could do with some tweaks but great location
Pros:

Really clean modern hotel in a fab location and access to beautiful gardens. Out of season so gardens just being prepared, pool closed and hotel only just opened for the season

Cons:

The acoustics. Very difficult to sleep because everything echoes. We could even hear the next door guests blowing their noses it was so loud. Also rooms not well laid out so nowhere to put toiletries or do makeup easily without it falling into sink

I chose this location so that I could explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast after cruising the Mediterranean and before
Pros:

I have stayed in a few places over the last couple of weeks and this one ranks very highly. A lovely accommodation! The sensor touch control panel took some getting used to, the personalised welcome on the TV was a lovely touch, the self serve filtered water system on each floor was a great idea, the breakfast was plentiful and having an all day dining menu available was great for when you wanted a meal in. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I’d recommend staying here even though it’s on the outskirts of town. It’s easily walkable (about a km from the station) though with luggage over the uneven roadway it’s not a gentle stroll. (My only slight negative.) I would like to visit again in the warmer months to make use of the pool.

Cons:

This is an idea for a small improvement. I found the floor of the room to be quite cold due to the structural material being polished concrete. A small suggestion would be to offer guests slip on footwear for use inside. You may not need the heating on in the room, but the floor is quite cold.
