We had a wonderful stay. Getting there was very easy, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The staff made us feel at home throughout our stay. They are exceptional.
The room was modern and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the food at the hotel. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The location was great, and overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!

Extra charging for parking space 25 euro per day, even though the parking was on the hotel premises and when booking it said parking a available but nothing about extra charging.
Asked the reception to help me book a tennis court but they were very unhelpful and said I should book it myself.

Clean, modern, beautiful setting amongst the gardens, and a shirt stroll to the sister hotel which overlooked the sea. Stunning pool area. Staff were exceptional.

No provision for guests to do any washing- no hooks to hang clothes in the rooms , no guest laundry or any drying racks.
Hotel was very clean, staff were so friendly & helpful! Breakfast was good, room was a good size with a very comfortable bed!

This place is a real find, certainly surprised us how nice it was. Its spacious, really well air conditioned and peaceful. Staff are really helpful. Breakfast is a simple but well organised, pool is small but wasn't crowded and the gardens the place is set in are ancient and amazing to explore, as a base for Pompeii, Sorrento and being able to relax in a quiet hotel - they've nailed it.
Only downer is the distance into town (taxis are a bit pricy here) and not much choice for local bars resturants. Could use a bar, maybe a bit more atmosphere in the early evenings. Daytime food was a bit basic.
