Ottimo Hotel
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi), ottimo servizio, ottima colazione, vista sul parco dell'hotel, tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale molto gentile.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Room was lovely except when it rained if we had anything on the balcony it was saturated as no roof over the balcony.
The walk to Sorrento town when weather was fine.
The guided tour with a very qualified

Cons:

Taxi costs if weather was poor. Was a bit of a surprise.
The older chap who worked on the railstation where we were stranded at midnight on our arrival having no idea how to get to hotel. Taxis were non existent at that spot. Our hotel reception finally came to our aid with a very polite employee collecting us at the station.
I feel hotel really needs to have a dedicated shuttle for guests.

Pros:

O hotel é muito novo, com instalações extremamente modernas. Bastante minimalista e de muito bom gosto. A equipe é excepcional e merece uma menção pelo excelente serviço prestado.

Nuovo e pulito, letti comodi, stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

Buffet per la colazione, poteva sicuramente essere piu ricco per un 4 stelle. Alimenti per celiaci pochi, solo pane, cereali e 1 tipo di biscotti, tutto confezionato. Chieste fette biscottate, purtroppo erano finite. Costo del parcheggio troppo elevato.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstück äußerst dürftig,keine frischen Säfte,der Preis für den Parkplatz von 25 Euro pro Tag ist auch kein Schnäppchen, das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig,.

Struttura concepita con l’utilizzo della domotica. Davvero bella!
Accoglienza speciale, camere confortevoli con vista mare/ piscina/giardino, spaziose, pulite, con doccia molto ampia e prodotti ad uso gratuito degli ospiti, letti comodi, dispenser dell’acqua gratuito ad ogni piano e tazze in camera per poter preparare in autonomia un the oppure un caffè.
Colazione che spazia dal dolce al salato, con prodotti ogni giorno diversi. Personale accogliente e gentile e pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta.
Si può eventualmente pranzare o cenare in struttura con proposte di menu diverse. All’interno della struttura ricettiva è presente un grande parco molto bello e curato, dove poter passeggiare e parcheggiare l’auto.
