Great location and breakfast buffet
Pros:

The location is great just a couple of blocks from the Dom. The breakfast buffet was also above average with lots of quality choices.

Cons:

There are few elevators so I had to wait for the single elevator often and no stairs that led to the lobby.

Wirklich sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Egal, ob mit Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß.

Gar nichts.

Pros:

Zimmer und Bad hat uns gefallen, die Erreichbarkeit der Tiefgarage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Wenn man wegen der extremen Hitze (27.06.20206 ) aus weiter Entfernung morgens früh mit dem Auto anreist und um 13;30 Uhr das Hotel erreicht, dann aber in der überhitzten Hotellobby ausharren muss und es keine Möglichkeit eines kühlen Raumes gibt und in dem Sonderfall auch das Zimmer noch nicht frei ist: Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich!

Can do better. Much better.
Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location just near the Dom.
The team was great and did whatever possible to assist.

Cons:

The room looked just like we're back in the 90's. Only if you like that style.
The air condition wasn't cooling, which was a problem when there are over 33 degrees Celsius outside. We got another room which was slightly cooler but not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Die Lage ist gut, der Rest war okay für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Nette Menschen an der Rezeption

Cons:

Bar und Restaurant waren ebenso geschlossen wie der Wellnessbereich. Der Aufzug zur Tiefgarage war kaputt. Im Bad gab es nur eine Badewanne mit Glasscheibe, man muss klettern, wenn man duschen möchte.

Für ein Seminar ausreichend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend- leider das Rührei sehr trocken, wird nicht frisch zubereitet.
Die Lage ist gut, man ist ziemlich schnell (ca 10 min Fußweg) in der Altstadt.
Erfurt an sich ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz modern, mein Bad hatte ziemlich viele Stockflecken (Schimmel) in der Dusche und der Teppichboden im Zimmer viele Flecken.
Sieht nicht gerade einladend aus.
Für Sauna muss man nochmal extra bezahlen - auch nicht toll.
