Cons:

Ik heb een waarborg moeten betalen, en ik heb deze nooit teruggekregen. Meermaals contact opgenomen met het hotel maar zonder reactie. Heel spijtig.

Uitstekend.
Pros:

Uitstekende shuttle service. Mooie grootte kamer. Zeer proper. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is dicht bij de luchthaven en dicht bij het metrostation Santa Anita. Goed en ruim ontbijt.

Cons:

Niets bijzonders.

Pros:

Indoor pool was amazing.
Clean and comfortable room and beds.
Option to check out late for a fee. Very useful when your flight is late in the evening and all you wanted is to relaxed before a long flight.
Included airport transfer.

Cons:

Staff asking tip and frowns when we dont have cash yet to give.
We give tips when execptional service was provided not for doing the bare minimum.

La atencion, es restaurante y la habitacion en general

Cons:

La puerta de mi baño no cerraba bien y me recomendaron rentar taxi desde alli y era super costoso, mejor llamen un uber y se van a ahorrar mucho dinero

OK place to unwind in CDMX
Pros:

The shuttle to the airport was great, even though we left at 3:30am. A pitty that they do not pick you up from AIFA, only CDMX Airport. The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable. Swimming pool was OK, as was the gym. Food was OK too.

Cons:

Staff wasn't very friendly. Not rude, but not welcoming either. Price was high for such a distant place from main attractions.

Pros:

Es war eines der besten Hotels das wir auf unserer 3 wöchigen Mexiko Reise hatten.
Der Airportbus Shuttlebus hat super geklappt. Frühstück war super und wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!!

Pros:

Soy Médico y tengo la formación como auditor líder en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad ISO 9001-2015, y precisamente acudí a la CDMX para llevara a cabo una capacitación al personal de salud del Issste, por lo anterior puedo decir que sus procesos, instalaciones , trato, servicios, son muy buenos, con costos adecuados.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gustara,, todo estuvo muy bien, fue muy agradable mi estancia, en los pasillos del hotel no hay ruido, se puede descansar plenamente, los alimentos del restaurante muy ricos y bien servidos, no son caros, Felicidades!!

Airport hotel which is a 10 minute shuttle ride away
Pros:

We booked this hotel as it offered a shuttle to the airport, about a 10 - 15 minute ride in the early morning we left. We also enjoyed the in-hotel restaurant and cafeteria where the food was unpretentious, good portion and good value. The room with twin bed was surprisingly comfortable, spacious and reminded me of an upgraded Marriott room.

Cons:

The hotel is set in an industrial-looking area. We were recommended not to venture out and we kept to meals within the hotel which was thankfully delicious.
