Ideal para estar cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

Localización ideal si vas para el aeropuerto. Buena comunicación y el trasnporte organizado para el aeropuerto es genial. Habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas. Buen restaurante. Excelente.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Great transfer service to/from airport (free). Friendly staff especially Carlos in the cafe/restaurant. Very friendly and talkative. Learning English so we helped him. Comfy rooms with good mattress.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioner in the room. We stayed 2 separate occasions in different rooms with same loud AC.

Pros:

Hotel Riazor was a very pleasant surprise and provided a genuinely positive experience.

Rooms: they are large, spacious and comfortable. You can even open the window, which is always a nice bonus. The room was very clean, and the housekeeper deserves special praise for her effort and attention to detail.

The room has everything you need: complimentary bottles of water, coffee, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a hairdryer, etc. Even the wardrobe is illuminated.

The bed was comfortable, although perhaps a little too soft for my personal preference.

There is also air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and it works reasonably well.

The Wi-Fi is not particularly fast. I was getting around 10–15 Mbps download/upload, with a maximum of about 25 Mbps in both directions. This could definitely be improved.

Room service was also responsive. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. The only minor annoyance was that the tray with the dishes then remained in the room and got in the way.

Service: The staff were very friendly, both at reception and elsewhere in the hotel. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Breakfast: the breakfast is very good. There is a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fruit, as well as food prepared to order. Everything was very tasty.

And once again, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Location: Conveniently located close to the airport, although there is otherwise nothing particularly special about the location.

Cons:

There were two drawbacks. I had specifically requested a quiet room, so I was given a room on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, renovation work was taking place in two rooms on that very floor, resulting in quite a lot of noise. Regretfully, it was not possible to move to another room because the hotel was fully booked.

The second issue is the clearly insufficient breakfast seating capacity. With the hotel full, the dining area filled up very quickly. Guests who were already seated understandably did not feel any particular need to leave, given the excellent selection of food, but this unfortunately meant that other hungry guests had to wait to get in.

Buena ubicación para ir a Concierto en Palacio de los Deportes

Me gustó la ubicación para ir a un concierto en el Palacio de los Deportes y además porque está cerca al Aeropuerto.

Cons:

Demoraron en el recojo del Aeropuerto, las coordinaciones no eran tan oportunas

Good for solo traveller or jet lagged visitors who want to just crash for the night.
Pros:

Shuttle service was great. I just had to call hotel after I picked up my case at the airport and the Shuttle arrived within 10 mins .
