Pros:

Der gratis Shuttle ist super, kommt allerdings nur jede Stunde. Personal an Reception sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch extrem wie nach einer starken Chemikalie. Die Person vom room Service rief nicht zurück, ich konnte kein Nachtessen bestellen.

Pros:

Ubicación cercana al estadio GNP, pueden ellos coordinarte taxis pero el costo es elevado, es mejor pedir uber/didi y la transportación del aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto 10/10

Cons:

Los costos de los alimentos un poco elevados pero pues supongo es igual en todos los hoteles. Y la zona alrededor del hotel no pinta muy bien.

Parfait!! Agréablement surpris
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le transport de l'aéroport et vers l'aéroport. Le personnel était a notre écoute, tres serviable.
La literie était super confortable, la douche très agréable.
Nous avons eu un lit bébé comme demandé sur la réservation.
La piscine etait bien chaude!! Très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était très complet, avec des œufs, des quesadillas et des pancakes à la demande.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel était super bon aussi.
Je conseille vivement.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk

Cons:

De shuttle liet meer dan een uur op zich wachten.
Ik had kamer 405. Aan deze kant van het gebouw staat buiten de hele nacht een motor te ronken.

Cons:

rendezvous with the shuttle was a bit hit and miss but that was mainly due to the chaos at Mex City Airport arrivals.
The Airport in the title is a not exactly accurate

Good hotel and comfortable but not a special hotel.
Pros:

Check in was efficient and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient.

Cons:

From Terminal one the shuttle is hard to find and it was not very clear how to reach the hotel for booking the shuttle.

Terrible servicio y atención del personal lastima de instalaciones
Cons:

El servicio y actitud del personal terrible a diferencia de las cadenas de gran turismo no tienen cultura de servicio y atención al cliente parece que los empleados se sienten los dueños del hotel y los clientes estuviéramos mendigando y ellos nos regalaran el hospedaje.

A diferencia de los hoteles de la zona el estacionamiento no es de libre acceso o salida durante los días de estancia sino es con tarjeta electrónica que hay que estar validando antes de cada salida, incómodo
