Would come back, especially when you appreciate a bit of room!
Pros:

Very nice location to discover Kyoto. Nice facility, very organised. Big room (3 adults, one baby)

Cons:

I can only say that now after I stayed in other hotels with Tatami floors - in this hotel they smell a bit when you enter the room. Don’t know why and it was clean overall but I didn’t experience this anywhere else.

Close to downtown, walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars

Cons:

It was really pretty filthy, the toilet paper dispenser had dust on top of it, and inside, the bidet buttons were disgusting. There were random spots and smudges on the walls. The hallway smelled like something died there

Paper thin walls, only two washing machines which were occupied constantly although there is a laundry not far from the accommodation, weird lingering smell in the room, not vet comfortable sleeping arrangement even for tatami mats.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war einfach super! Wir hatten in Tokio ein Hotel, wo die Nacht genauso viel gekostet hat wie hier vier Übernachtungen und es war vergleichbar oder sogar schlechter als dieses Hotel.
Das Personal war nett, die Zimmer waren groß und sauber und es gab am Empfang alles was man vielleicht vergessen haben könnte. Umsonst (Zahnbürste, Hausschuhe,…)

Cons:

Tatsächlich hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Geruch in unserem Zimmer. Ich weiß nicht, wo es herkam, aber es roch sehr muffig, so dass wir Raumspray kaufen mussten.

Perfect for group travel!
Pros:

The room stay was great we had the mats room and it had a little balcony and the floor mattress were nice and firm - but some people don’t like that. There were plenty of vanity items in case someone forgets their pjs or toothbrush. They had coin laundry in the hotel - though the drier in the washer and dryer combo takes forever to dry, we had to hang the clothes in the room for air dry which worked well. The staff were friendly and the best thing is I could leave my luggage before and after check out for free while we explored Kyoto. I love neighborly vibe and it’s close to many places

Las instalaciones están nuevas y nuestra habitación era muy cómoda para 5 personas, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario.
