Super beliggenhet, men mye mer slitt enn det ser ut
Pros:

Beliggenheten er helt klart det beste med dette hotellet. er mange koselig kafeer og restauranter i området, gåavstand til metro og severdigheter og området opplevdes veldig trygt å ferdes i. Personalet var vennlig og behjelpelig. Dette er et hotell som funker dersom man skal være ute av rommet 90% av tiden og ønsker å bo sentralt og i et koselig strøk.

Cons:

Rommet var veldig slitt, mye mer enn det er rimelig å kunne tolke fra bilder. Badet er i påfallende grad mugginfestert og man ville helst ikke komme i kontakt med overflater der inne. Mange tegn på høy slitasje som kunne vært fikset med enkle grep. Var også omfattende bygningsarbeid utenfor vårt vindu som begynte å bråke tidlig på morgenen, dette ble ikke informert om ved innsjekk.

Pros:

- la chambre était très belle ainsi que la salle de bain, propre
- le petit déjeuner était super, bonne attention de la dame proposant les jus et cafés
- la femme à l’accueil était aimable également
- l’emplacement est top

Cons:

- j’ai mis 8/10 et non pas 10/10 car je trouve mensonger de mettre « parking » concernant l’hôtel quand il n’y a qu’une seule place pour tout l’hôtel. Je l’avais sélectionné en parti pour son parking car ne connaissant pas bien Paris et ne voulant pas payer un parking en plus je trouvais ça idéal que l’hôtel en ai un. Finalement j’ai dû aller au parking EFFIA et les 36h m’ont coûté 63€

Hôtel calme, bien situé et propre. Le petit déjeuner était très sympa. Buffet bien garni et produits de qualité

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est petite. Attente qu'une table se libère pour pouvoir déjeuner. C'est stressant pour les personnes qui mangent et ennuyeux pour les personnes qui attendent et ont peut être des contraintes horaires

I would like to see the hotel after the transformation as it has the fundamentals of a nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel met our expectations, especially the location and the helpful 24 hour reception. Nice touch the cake/pastries with coffee and tea at the entrance, certainly the day we travelled. Hotel is about to be closed for major renovation and in our room I would say it was required. The second room allocated to our guests, was a better quality and larger bathroom, plus may have had better sound insulation?

Cons:

Lack of sound insulation., We had noisy, thoughtless neighbours 2/4 nights and through our head board we could hear every aspect of them flushing the toilet repeatedly, using their sink, then running a swimming pool in water to bath twice, amongst loud long phone calls and laugher, all with their windows open.....There noise was all after midnight both nights. Our rooms was also effected by adjacent building work 8AM-6PM weekdays. There was no lift, but we knew that, although it is pain when you are on the 3rd floor, with heavy luggage!

Well located not far from major sightseeing areas. Popular restaurants close by. Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Free home made cookies in the afternoon.

Short and sweet.
Pros:

Location was good within walking distance to restaurants and Metro Station. I loved how they had fresh baked cookies and lemon water upon your arrival. It was a very nice touch. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend.
